Love these Bala Bangle wrist/ankle weights - they're so easy to put on, and they add that extra resistance to make workouts a little more challenging! They are perfect, and I love the design - so happy I bought them.

I've had no issues with mine! If you want to wear them on your ankles, shift around the weights so that it doesn't dig into your leg, and wear crew socks for a little extra cushion. I wear mine on my wrists and I love them! It's the perfect amount of weight to make a small difference without being exhausted.

These wrist weights were significantly more expensive at department stores. The weights stay attached despite lots of arm movement and they are easy to put on and take off. They fit into a well-made, slender case for easy traveling.

Once they stretch around your ankles they end up being bulky around your wrists. Also, the velcro can be a little scratchy.

The Bala Bangles are great. I have used them on all sorts of different workouts and have felt stronger and better once I was finished. I have also tried to wear them during an ordinary day, which is a good workout! I extremely recommend this product!

Completely obsessed with the bala bangles! They add just enough of an extra push to any workout and can easily be worn around my ankles all day long, whether going to work or running errands. For the price point, they also make great stocking stuffers. I definitely plan on ordering another set soon.

This is a great product. They stay on with very tough Velcro and they stay put! I’ve used the sand filled ones for years. They have been great, but the new ones are not as bulky. Highly recommended.

J'ai acheté le produit il y a 2 mois et le velcro qui s'attache aux chevilles ne tiens plus donc je ne peut plus l'utiliser... la couture est parti.. vraiment déçue de cette produit car il reste le plus cher du marché et la qualité est vraiment décevant

I wouldn't say they are worst product ever, no they are ok, unless you more active. For example jumping, running, and etc. But they also can heart you, just in case.
