The management has been known to break and enter, busting the secondary lock to get in, can't afford to move at the moment, so went looking for lock things to keep management out when they don't give the legally required notice for peaceable entry. I don't know but it works. This Door Security Bar has an anchor foot that swivels so that it is exactly at the angle it needs to be once you adjust it to proper length. very easy to put on the Lok N Block and then the Door Security Bar. First put the Lok N Blok, and then slide the Door Security Bar into place and lightly kick the lower part of the bar to secure it.

I purchased this product to enhance the security of my home, and I am pleased with its performance. Cheap plastic. Worse design. Poor fit. Only designed to hold deadbolt in a vertical position or horizontal. If your deadbolt latch is anywhere in between - there is no way to use it, unless the deadbolt is withdrawn halfway. That is NOT secure. The bottom half will just turn if not on the doorknob handle. It is one piece of PLASTIC and not worth the postage. Extremely disappointed.

Pretty good product. If your using this so that someone doesn't open from outside in, its perfect. You are NOT able to open it. If your using it for toddlers to not exit the home (which is one of the reasons i use it) its a 8/10. My daughter already learned how to pull it out so i had to add another form of security to it. I think its a good start. it does make a lot of noise when your putting it on or taking it off. So you'll defiantly hear it coming off if your toddler was to be taking it off. Its defiantly good for security in case someone is trying to break in. As far as applying it on the door knob, its so easy! it slides in through the top and you take of off by sliding it out.

A low tech way to protect against lock picking. Nothing to install — slip it over the deadbolt and the doorknob and no one gets through. Just remember to remove it if you need to come through the door from the other side because a locksmith won’t be able to help.

Works excellent if used alone. When coupled with a door jam (lodged under the door knob)...works while on but sits off center. When you remove jam rod this product tends to fall off of the deadbolt latch. Using one or the other is the way to go. Found the best combo is the door jam rod and "super grip lock" velcro strap. Then door and deadbolt are locked in the best.

Extra security for traveling, works good

The horizontal option to lock the lock it didn't work on my dead lock. Vertical was hard too. Pay attention to your lock nop it might not work and it is not flexible and did not have options, it was designed for specific size.

Works well. Will use until stronger ones are made.
