I used to bake all the time (and I do mean AAAALLLLL the time), but it never occurred to me that there would be raspberry extract, let alone that I'd buy it. I love raspberry, but when I put it in my baking I've always just bought raspberries to add. In the colder months, I tend to drink a lot of raspberry tea but was trying to find something a little more economical as I can easily go through a box in a week. When I saw this I read the description and decided to give it a try (the cost wasn't prohibitive so even if I wasn't crazy about it I figured I could always use it in any baking I may do). I like that there is no sugar added and it actually is a natural raspberry flavor -- it tastes like the real thing! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much....and I was so pleasantly surprised! It says to start with one or two drops because you can always add more flavor, but you can't take it out. I have 18 oz coffee mugs and I've found that 5 - 6 drops in hot water with a little monkfruit for sweetener and I have an incredible raspberry "tea"! I've tried it in my protein drink (unflavored powder providing 25 g of protein, adding a TBL of cacao powder and 6 - 8 drops of the raspberry flavoring in 16 - 24 oz of fluid and ice). I've yet to find a raspberry flavored protein drink and this makes a delicious chocolate raspberry drink. I haven't tried the protein drink with just the raspberry flavoring....but, I believe that's next cuz it would be amazingly refreshing in the summer. Can't say enough about this flavor! Using it at least five times a day since I've received it and haven't even used 1/10 of the bottle so it's really economical -- due to the concentration it should last quite a long time. Throw a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream (or frozen yoghurt) in a blender with 5 - 6 drops and you'll have a great raspberry dessert! The packaging is definitely first rate as the bottle comes in a box and is surrounded by the equivalent of packing foam to protect it. The dropper is included, but the bottle comes with a regular cap to ensure no leakage during shipping. I love that this is the product of a small business, and this business definitely takes pride in it's product AND it's packaging. I couldn't be more pleased and am looking forward to trying some of their other flavors including the caramel and coconut.

Add it to my coffee every morning. Only takes a few drops. I am anxious to add to other drinks and foods. Got one for a gift as well.

A little goes a long way. Wasn’t sure at first because it’s almost too intense. Needs to be carefully used and preferable either way a bit of other flavoring. Works well in many applications, I’ve used in yogurt, pudding, actual cheesecake and frozen desserts/ice cream. Balance is the key. Good value when you realize how little is needed. The packaging is impressive and the dropper it comes with is an absolute must to use this. This is not like ordinary extracts. Doesn’t change the color of anything so not too yellow which is nice.

The butterscotch smell and flavor is wonderful but there is a strong alcohol Taste. I followed the strength instructions that come with the flavoring and it was perfect. I use 4 drops in a 10 oz cup of coffee with a splash of cream and it is wonderful. I bought it specifically so I could have butterscotch coffee creamer without all the extra and add it ingredients.

Really good! I purchased this for my ice cream adventure with my new ice cream maker for pistachio ice cream. I added this to the custard where recipe would call for almond extract. The first batch I made with almond extract was disappointing as the taste overtakes the flavor. This pistachio extract provided an amazing profile. Have even used this for pistachio gelato and it brings the flavor you'd expect from an extract. The size is substantial, so felt given the flavor was worth the price & packaging for shipment well protected the glass container and the applicator as well. I'd definitely buy this again and try out some other flavors from this shop as well!

Very tasty!! It captures a cotton candy flavor similar to Baskin Robbin's ice cream. The flavor is just strong enough, without being overpowering. It showed up perfectly in buttercream I made, and quite well in a cake, as well. My only complaints are that it came in the mail with some dried extract on the sides, it's very hard to use the bottle without spilling, due to the design. Still, would recommend, it's good for the price, and has a great flavor!
