The UFIT protein shakes are great as they taste nice, fill you up and yoy know whats in them!

For my purpose ideal....hence 5 stars
Had the strawberry, chilled, immediately after a gym workout- easy to drink, pleasant flavour, convenient source of protein (22grs) at a really good price (8 bottles for £8). (Some experts recommend a water-based protein drink for better post-workout absorption but I can't find a water-based high protein RTD at this price. Other specialists say this claim is no longer valid and that milk-based post-workout protein drinks are fine)

My go-to for years
One of the very, very few protein supplements that doesn't upset my stomach. The favour is excellent - tastes just likely a strawberry smoothie! You would swear it was mixed with straight milk. And with the pricing I think it's a no brainer. Don't bother with the hassle of using powders, just get some drinks like these!

I drink one of these after the gym, I've tried the strawberry and chocolate flavours so far and both are nice. Quite often they have a deal on where it's £8 for 8 bottles, at that price it's good, although when it's up at £14 for 8 bottles I think that's a bit expensive.

A little too thick for my liking more yogurt like than milkshake but great tasting!
