Mixes easy. Tried SF protein jello and it worked! Mix this into water with my colegen and benefiber with a squeeze of lemon and it just tastes like water! Almost all other flavored (esp Choco) protein shakes have forever chems and unnecessary ingredients. This is clean and used and the hospital I worked at, RDN recommended. (So check your local hospital pharmacy, because you might get it cheaper there or even with a Medical Provider's order if your need for increased protein is documented by your GP/PCP)

The unflavored which I purchased the first time is the better one. Tried the vanilla and did not like it but maybe I didn’t mix with the right liquid

“Unflavored” Is Completely Misleading – Not Clear, Not Tasteless, and Does Not Mix Well I purchased this protein powder after having bariatric weight-loss surgery (WLS) on 1/6/26, specifically looking for a truly unflavored, clear protein powder that I could add to different foods and drinks without altering the taste or appearance. Unfortunately, this product is the complete opposite of what it claims to be. Let me be very clear: this protein powder is NOT unflavored. I repeat — it is NOT unflavored. There is absolutely a noticeable taste, and once you detect it, it is impossible to ignore. The flavor comes through no matter what you add it to, which defeats the entire purpose of buying an “unflavored” protein powder. Additionally, this product is NOT clear. Anything you mix it into will change color. This was extremely disappointing, especially since many bariatric patients rely on clear or neutral protein supplements during recovery. Whether added to liquids or soft foods, it visibly alters the appearance and makes it obvious that something has been mixed in. Mixability is another major problem. This powder does not mix well at all. It clumps, settles, and refuses to fully dissolve, even when mixed thoroughly. No amount of stirring, shaking, or patience made this product blend smoothly. I strongly advise NOT using this product in coffee or tea. It performs terribly in hot beverages, affecting both texture and taste. Instead of blending seamlessly, it creates an unpleasant experience that is hard to tolerate, especially for someone recovering from surgery and already dealing with food sensitivities. Unfortunately, I did not tolerate this protein powder at all. Between the taste, texture, color change, and poor mixing ability, it was completely unusable for me. This was especially frustrating because bariatric patients are often very limited in what they can consume, and accurate labeling is critical. If you are post-bariatric surgery or specifically looking for a truly unflavored, clear, mix-anywhere protein powder, do not waste your money on this product. It does not do what it claims, and it made my recovery nutrition much more difficult than it needed to be. This is a one-star product for misleading labeling alone, and I deeply regret purchasing it.

Love this product. It has not taste so I can add to just about any food to get my protein

Having had bariatric surgery it is essential that I get a minimum of 80g of protein in daily. I've tried many other protein supplement drinks. None tastes as delicious as Unjury does. I prefer the Vanilla as I do not like chocloate flavored drinks. This protein drink is not gritty like others are. It is sweet enough but not over poweringly so. If you freeze it you can make it like an ice cream, but more of a ice-milk consistancy. All in all I really enjoy the Vanilla Unjury Protein Drink and it elps me get my daily protein in.

The taste is fine but it does not dissolve well, even when using a blender. The product is grainy.
