Perfect for a full nights sleep. User for over5 years. Recommend for a full nights sleep. I use the 50mg every now get for 5years with the same great results.

Not Effective
These medications have failed to demonstrate efficacy for me. Their effects appear to be inconsistent with their intended purpose. Upon initiating their use, I noticed an increase in the frequency of my awakenings, which is unexpected considering the inclusion and potency of melatonin and other supplements. Despite their absence of flavor and ease of ingestion, I would not recommend this product.
