They are long lasting
Wow, these abrasion bits really do the job very well. They work very well for grinding metal burr off edges, for shimming off wood...etc. They are tough and after grinding some steel for awhile, they still look new!

Sharp and does the job.
I needed to do some fabrication work on a few aluminum pieces. The cutters did the work very well. They are sharp, fit the Dremel and cut through the aluminum easily.

Fair Value
I used these burrs with a Dremel 300 series and it works well on wood. I would say they mildly aggressive. They donโt clog but they do chatter if you go too slow or press way too hard. So far they seem to remain sharp. Pretty good for the price point.

Good buy
Great for small wood carving, that is what I used it for. I wore a couple down but honestly I was probably using it wrong.

Nice set of cost effective Carbide burr kit for porting small engine aluminum cylinder heads
Received this Carbide burr kit today (11/7/2025). I am restoring a Husqvarna 455 Rancher chainsaw. I am porting the cylinder head with this kit. I used one of the burrs and it vibrated wildly. So I decided to cut 1/2" inch of the shaft and it still vibrated, then I cut another 1/2" off the shaft and this was the sweet spot, no more vibration. So the total length is 3" (including the burr head). Now these burrs work well. I have included a picture of some burrs I shortened plus a uncut burr and cylinder head.

Fit dremel perfect. Grinded stainless steel well.
Ate away at Stainless very well. Super tough. Perfect fit for Dremel. They are long so if they have nothing to grind against they will bend at higher RPMs.

Dangerous
It's wobbly when not in contact with materials and it feels like it's gonna snap when you turn on your dremmel, vibrate less at lowest speed set but what's the point of grinding something at the lowest variable speed. Bigger shaft is the solution so buy a bigger size.
