Drum Disappointment
Purchased in September 2018 and installed drum unit in November 2018. Printer started squealing right after installing drum unit, then get "replace the drum" message and, finally, have had constant paper jams. Now in March 2019, unit is unusable. This unit has been a disappointment and not at all worth the cost. Supposed to have 2 year limited warranty and would return it immediately for replacement or refund if I could find EBY (seller) contact information .

Wrong part was actually the right part!!
Note that this is the drum unit and NOT the toner cartridge that is pictured.The irony is that I thought the printer needed a toner cartridge and thought that was what I was buying. When it arrived, I was a be miffed, but then when I put it in, it turned out that it was indeed the part I needed. Printer is working great now. How did they know???

Surprised that it worked so well
Was worried about this but so far it is as good as the more costly one that the office stores try to sell. I would order again.

EBY sells worthless printer cartridges!
This cartridge is junk; do not purchase. The "ink" is so faint that I put back in my worn out Brother cartridge so I cound print a needed document. Save yourself time and money and do not buy this piece of worthless garbarge. This was the repair that kept me from having to buy a new printer.
I thought my printer had died. It turns out that this drum replacement was all it took to have it running like new again. No need to spend big bucks on a new printer. Speedy shipping and delivery.

only last for 1 month
Instead of purchasing a Brother brand drum unit for my printer, I went cheap and bought this one from Amazon. It has been only 1 month and now my printer is showing Drum unit needs to be replaced again. 1 month vs 4 year drum unit, you definitely get what you pay for!

great value for the money, this replacement drum fits perfectly on my Brother MFC-7345N and for a fraction of the cost of OEM. Would definitely recommend
