Toilet Seat Riser for Seniors with Adjustable Height & Width, 400lb

I had my hip replaced and needed a riser for right after my surgery. We bought this and my husband had no problem setting it up. It was very stable and easy to adjust so it can fit over any toilet in any space. It made things so much easier and it was comfortable. I’d highly recommend this.

Needed for TKR on right knee. VERY EASY Assembly and dis-assembly for storage in the original shipping box. Sturdy and Flexible design for easy adjustments as treatment progresses. Easy to clean and maintain. Great footpads. Vinyl - covered foam seat is well made, supportive and comfortable. Handles are well-made, supportive and easily adjustable. Bottom Line: a very good product that is designed well and performs as intended.

I've seen these things before, but never imagined needing one. My wife's hip replacement surgery left her needing one. I bought with the help of Alexa's recommendation. It came with every part individually wrapped and every part identified. Took not more than 10 minutes to put together and required no tools. Once assembled it has adjustable height and width. Incredibly light and strong. My wife loves it. I wish I'd ordered one before her surgery so it was good to go upon her release from the hospital. This was a grandiose bargain, in our opinions, and it makes her recovery time much easier.

Out of every item so far this was the easiest to assemble and most useful. It could be a little more balanced in terms of weight but it does the job. Other toilet handles i purchased were a wobbly mess. I would recommend this. My father had a partial hip surgery.

Like other reviewers, I am very pleased with this purchase. All parts in great shape, perfectly marked and easy to assemble; took about 10 minutes. It fits over the toilet in the somewhat narrow space I have, and it also fits in my tub shower! Plenty of room for my sizeable butt.

Weird to review, however, purchased this for my 89 year old mom would has some mobility issues. Installed last weekend and she lives it. She's a fussy one and she said it's very sturdy and she said it's comfortable. Easy to move for guests and looks so much better than those huge plastic ones that as she puts it..."they in THE HOME". Very happy with purchase. Great price for what you get and totally easy to put together. About 5 minutes total.

My leg is locked straight in an immobilizer and it was difficult to sit on a regular toilet. This makes it so much easier to keep the leg straight while sitting. The handles on the side make it extremely easy to push your self into a standing position if you have the arm strength. I like the one piece seat as it is easier to wipe clean rather than 2 separate halfs (this is a preference). I am 6 feet tall, 200 lbs and the height adjustment works well and I feel really stable when sitting and pushing myself up. The seat is padded and wide enough to do your business and wipe up afterwards. I found that since the seat is higher, there is more splashing. I put a few pieces of toilet paper on the water before I poop and found the splashing and marking of the sides have been reduced quite a lot.

Einfach zu verwenden und eine echte Erleichtung im Alltag als pflegender Angehöriger. Die Montage ist simpel und das Material nicht schwer, aber trotzdem stabil. Es erleichtert die Pflege massiv und ist auch, für Toiletten, die auf Grund ihrer Form keine Erhöhung zulassen super zu gebrauchen. Auch für die Pflege am Waschbecken lässt sich dieses Teil gut nutzen. Die zu pflegende Person kann sitzen, sich festhalten und man kann problemlos eine "Katzenwäsche" nach dem Toilettengang durchführen. Wir sind überzeugt!

This is an absolute godsend. It has made my life so much easier after a hip repair. It’s so easy to put together, great price, it looks good, it’s very comfortable, has a nice soft seat pad, and you feel well supported both sitting and standing. Both the sides and the height are adjustable too which makes it such an easy fit. It’s durable, lightweight and very easy to clean. Also easy to move if your guest would rather not use it. To finish as I started … it’s a godsend.
