My husband has used this before as I found the original tin in the garage. He passed reciently so it's down to me to do the maintenance. Firstly I couldn't open the child locks as the shape of the container ment when I pushed down I couldn't turn. A neighbour opened it. I found this product quite watery and looked like PVA. I cleaned the marble floor with orange cleaner as a drgreaser. I started using a paintbrush but after the first coat I noticed brush lines. Plus it has separated like the floor was greasy. (See last pic) 2nd coat I used a small sponge roller. That was better. It dried in about 2 hrs but it was a nice warm day. I ended up doing 3 coats and I can still see the brush lines but my floor has a nice sheen on and it was matt before. There was no smell with this sealer which I was expecting. All in all yes I would used it again and recommend it but don't use a paint push.
