These Daily One Caps without Iron from Twinlab arrived as I expected. Each bottle contains 60 capsules and the directions printed on the bottle are to take 1 capsule daily after a meal. The proportions of the vitamins are all easy to read on the Supplement Facts table on the bottle’s label. There is no Iron included in these Multivitamins. The capsules are a bit larger than average size, but easy to swallow. I noticed nothing out of the ordinary from themTwinlab is a supplement brand that has been around for a long time and these Daily One Caps multivitamins are of the quality I’ve come to expect from Twinlab. No complaints, I got what I expected. Made in USA.

I’ve been taking a different TwinLab multi-vitamin for several months so I compared each ingredient in this new Daily One Cap with the one I’ve been taking. The ingredients in the two products are nearly identical but this new Daily One Cap is different in 3 ways:(1) It does not include Iron. It announces this right on the front of the label because this will be an important difference to some people one way or another.(2) Vitamin D is at a lower level and is not D3. This is not a problem for me because I always take additional Vitamin D anyway.(3) It has a significantly higher % Daily Value for the majority of the ingredients -- double at a minimum and 3 or 4 times higher for some. If you’re impressed with quantity, this one’s for you.I think it’s a plus that TwinLab includes the same vitamins in two different multi-vitamin products and just tweaks the levels. I don’t know why but I interpret it to mean that they’ve taken a successful formula and adjusted ingredient levels to maybe be more heart-friendly or to better suit women’s needs. The coated capsules are large but easy to swallow.I must mention that the batch I received has a shorter life-span than usual: received May 2024 and expires November 2024. All of my other TwinLab supplements expire late in 2025. TwinLab is made in the USA, is good value, and is still a brand I trust.

This brand has been helping people reach their fitness and health goals for sometime. Known for their quality, affordable costs, and business minded focus on what the customer wants, this is your go to vitamin. I highly recommend.

It's been awhile since I've had any of Twinlab's supplements but I've always considered their products to be of decent quality. I take a ton of supplements but, oddly enough, rarely a multivitamin. My doctor is always telling me that all you really need is a good multivitamin. This one has quite a few vitamins in it as well as a few minerals (without iron). It's 25 vitamins and minerals. I really like that one serving is actually one capsule -- that's a plus, plus for me. I do find it odd, though, that such a well-known brand does not carry the GMP seal or say that's it third-party lab tested. It says it's distributed by TwinLab but no mention of where it's made.

These Twinlab daily one caps for women and men make taking vitamins and mineral supplements less complicated. Just one capsule per day is required instead of a whole bunch unlike with some other brands. Convenience and ease of use is a factor with multivitamins, especially with teenagers, seniors and very busy people. If things get too cumbersome, people have the tendency to no longer take them at all, which defeats the purpose altogether.I am familiar with Twinlab and have used their products in the past, it is a reputable company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and committed to high standards. These 25 vitamins and minerals caps contain a special type of lutein (Floraglo) which is extracted from marigold flowers and formulated to shield the eyes from too much blue light exposure such as LED lights, phone and computer screens. It acts as a powerful antioxidant, even helping with memory and cognitive skills in general. All this makes it an above average multivitamin.

Supplements take a while to work, and often you can't tell a difference. I honestly cannot tell if these are working, although I do feel a bit better taking them, or at least I think I do. It's hard to tell, and could be the "placebo effect."

These capsules have 25 vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, which is supposed to help vision, and B vitamins, which are supposed to support cognitive function. There is NO iron in this formula, although they do make a version with Iron if you want that.You only have to take one per day, which is nice. And even though the capsules are a little bit large, they are still easy to swallow and have relatively no taste to them. I'm not sure what vitamin / mineral is helping, but I do feel slightly less stress after taking these :)Each bottle has 60 capsules, so this is a 2 month supply.

I am really pleased with this supplement. It has a lot of the vitamins and minerals I am looking for in a good supplement. I am pleased to find a supplement that does not include iron as I have trouble tolerating iron. There is a slight odor to the capsule but nothing too offensive. The capsules are easy to take and cause me no stomach upset or unpleasant side effects. I feel my energy level has increased since beginning this product.
