Great faucet with the best water pressure of any kitchen faucet I've ever had!
This is the second one of these faucets we've purchased. The first one we had for three years in our old house, so when we moved here, we replaced the cheap faucet the builder put in with this one. This may not be a "named" brand, but I'll take it over a name brand any day. In the past we've had supposed top of the line brand faucets that were never very good. The water pressures were wimpy, the hoses constantly got hung up on something underneath the sink no matter how many times we tried to prevent it. The weights were a pain, and the controls to switch between stream and spray never lasted. This faucet may not be as "designer" looking as some of our previous faucets, but it's perfectly fine looking in my brand new kitchen. I'll take function and water pressure over aesthetics any day. The last one of these we had did have a small issue with the spray handle, but the company was quick to send a replacement part. They stood behind their product and that, along with the quality, brought me back to the same product in our new home. It's so nice to turn the sprayer on, or the stream, and actually get decent pressure. I am so sick of these faucets with wimpy water pressure that take forever to fill a pot, rinse the sink, and so on. Another issue with the included faucet in this house was it took forever to get hot water as the flow was so wimpy, and that drove me nuts. This faucet has such good pressure that the hot water comes a lot faster. (We have an on-demand heater and those do take a little longer than a tank style, but good GPMs help a lot) Installation was a breeze, and I love that there's no weighted hose to deal with under the sink; the sprayer part just pulls down on a spring type hose above the sink. The first time you use this it does take a little getting used to as the controls are different than other faucets that have the sprayer and stream function in one piece, since you have one main handle for both the stream and sprayer, plus you also have a control for the stream part. In the past, I paid 3 times what I paid for this faucet for a "name brand"; I absolutely love this one, but only tolerated the other ones. IMHO, you can't beat the quality and price of this faucet. Even if it only lasted a few years (but it was as great 3 years after purchasing as the day we installed it, and is still going strong with the new owners of that house) I could buy a new one every few years at the price point of this one, and love it all along the way. Overall, I love this faucet, it's at a great price point and I highly recommend it.

Game-Changer Faucet and We Absolutely Love It!
Love, love, LOVE this faucet! We've been wanting to replace our kitchen faucet since we moved into our new home, and this one has totally exceeded our expectations. We’ve always been drawn to this commercial/industrial style, and after going back and forth between a few models (including some with LED features), we finally landed on this one, and I’m so glad we did. We considered getting a faucet with LED lights to show the water temperature (mainly for the kids), but after reading all the mixed reviews on how finicky those could be, we decided to skip that. I kept coming back to this model because of the stellar reviews, and now I completely understand why. The water pressure is noticeably better, and the flexibility of the pull-down sprayer is amazing. It swivels smoothly, docks securely, and just feels super high quality. It took us a couple of days to get used to the design, but now there’s no way we’d go back to a traditional faucet. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality is excellent. It's very sturdy, all-metal, and it just looks fantastic in our kitchen. It’s not just functional, it’s also a real focal point. Highly recommend this faucet to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. You won’t regret it!

Quality Upgrde to Kitchen
The quality is very solid with the sink and the water pressure is much better and easier to coontrol than the old standard sink. The install was more than simple. I really like the product for its cleaning power and ability to wash around the entire bowl of the sink. I leave the lock on the nozzle open and for ease of use and then when washing and cleaning use the nozzleto control pressure and flow. The product looks good and updates a very old kitchen sink area. It's really a nice addition as I cook often and the new faucet is used mutliple times every day. I feel like I got a great upgrade for a very reasonable price I use all the time. My kichen, dishes, pots, and pans are cleaner than ever.

Modern Style Meets Everyday Functionality ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been using this two-tone matte black and gold kitchen faucet for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it overall — definitely a solid 4 stars! First of all, it looks amazing. The black and gold finish gives it such a modern, upscale vibe without feeling too flashy. It instantly made my kitchen look more put together. The finish feels durable and well-made, and so far it hasn’t shown any signs of fading or tarnishing. Function-wise, it’s super practical. I love having both the pot filler and the pre-rinse sprayer. The regular stream is perfect for filling big pots quickly, and the sprayer has great pressure for getting stuck-on food off dishes. The lock feature is a nice bonus — being able to keep the spray on without holding it down makes washing dishes so much easier. The commercial-style design with the coil spring gives it that professional kitchen feel, and the high-arc spout with 360° swivel makes it easy to clean large pots and pans. The pull-down hose moves smoothly and feels sturdy. I also didn’t expect to like the cross bar as much as I do — it’s actually handy for hanging a cloth and keeping things organized around the sink. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that installation took a bit of patience, and the faucet is pretty tall, so make sure you have enough space under your cabinets. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and a great value for the features you get. I’d definitely recommend it if you want something that looks high-end but is still practical for everyday use!

Nice Faucet, works great
My old Moen Faucet was expensive when I first purchased it. After a while, I started having problems with it as the neck became tighter and the faucet started moving when turning it and there were other problems. Moen replaced it and this year the same problems repeated themselves. The two faucets lasted me a total of 18 years. This time, I found this faucet on Amazon for a Black Friday deal. I ordered this faucet and it came in fairly fast. I went to install it and I found the hoses to be too short. So I went on Amazon and ordered the correct hoses for this faucet and from what I could tell, they were of the same brand as the one's included with the faucet. Once the new hoses came in, I was unable to install the faucet because I had to go in for an operation. Then another three weeks or so after, I had to go in again for another major operation. So as of today, I was finally able to install the faucet. Everything is all set now an the faucet works great. The base stays tight instead of rotating like the Moen Faucet did. On this faucet, the only part that turns is the Pot filler instead of the entire faucet. As for the hoses, if you look at the installation manual, it does show you which hose is the hot or cold as where they get connected. Easy to understand if you look at the manual and the faucet itself. The water pressure is great too. But that is because of the hoses aren't as restrictive as the old type of hoses what with water savings being applied to faucets, showers and other water items. We've only got 36 pounds pressure here as we're on a gravity fed spring water line. The one thing that I feel could be improved upon is the nut used to tighten the faucet in place under the counter. The thing I don't like is it's a brass piece with a molded nut builtin and on both ends, there are two Phillips screws used to tighten it. Thing about this is Phillip head screws are notorious for being easily stripped so you can't tighten or loosen the screw. Not to mention, using the screws would make it so the nut washer would no long be in tight contact with the metal washer against the bottom of the counter instead of being tightly flat. What they should have used for this are screws with a T-25 screw head which would have made it easier to tighten them and if needed, to remove them. Lets hope this faucet lasts longer than the Moen faucet did.

Better, and cheaper, than any kitchen faucet from Moen or Delta
For the past 20 years, we've been using touch control kitchen faucets. Our first was from Delta, and our last one was from Moen. These electronic faucets all seem to fail after a few years. The companies are good about sending replacement parts, but it's a pain to replace the faucet every few years. So after the Moen failed, we decided to get a non-electronic faucet, and since this Fapully was so much cheaper than the Moens and Deltas, we decided to give it a try. I got this Fapully and installed it yesterday. The unit is sturdy, twice the weight of the old Moen, and it's 1/4 the price. The only problem I had installing it (other than the cramped space under the sink) was that the hot and cold water lines weren't long enough to reach the water supply. I had to purchase 2 12-inch supply line extenders, so that added $12.50 to the cost, still cheap. After I installed the extenders, the faucet installed easily. The water flow from this faucet is amazing. The main downspout is a sprayer, but there's also a separate pot filler that has its own control. I use a fraction of the water that I used to use to rinse things because the water flow is so strong. I filled the reservoir on my Brita filter in about 4 seconds, a third of the time it took with the old Moen faucet. The controls on this faucet are a little bit different than others. The main handle on the body side is the main control, and is the only way to control the temperature. The sprayer has its own control (just volume, not temperature), as does the pot filler, which is aerated. So you can leave the main handle in the full on position and just control the water flow from each spout. The sprayer has a latch that can keep the sprayer on. All in all, we're loving this faucet. It's much better, and much cheaper, than our previous faucets. Hopefully this will last for many years.

Perfect Faucet Replacement
Well packaged. Easy to install. The 2 faucets are great. I had a commercial faucet before this one and it started to leak at the 3 way quick connect. This one just connects to the C and H waterlines. So less connections to fail. It is not a pull down with lots of hose but has enough pull to work. The pull down with weight is where your faucet could fail catching on something below. Very pleased with this purchase. Got the cheap one @$86. I think it’s the best looking one of the lot. I guess after my 5 star they upped the price to $104. Sorry ‘bout it. Also the pressure is much better than my last one.

bad customer service xxxx No more GREAT buy, once you have it, you will regret in the long run
Basically, you are bringing commercial restaurant style sink shower to your kitchen. I had been in professional commercial restaurant before. This set is commercial style and grade. Pro: 1. Easy to install. The hardest part is removing existing old faucet. It might be rusted. 2. Showing instead of spraying: Transnational sprayer has smaller water holes and might stuck due to hard water. Now, you are bring in a shower head to the sink!! It is not sprayer no more. It provide more water pressure and rinse your dishes quicker. 3. Using both faucet and showing at the same time: Old separated spraryer can be only used one at a time. When sprayer is on, the faucet will stop working. Now, even the faucet will has less water pressure when shower head is on, It is a improvement. 4. Free your hand while spraying: you can dangle this shower head in the middle of the sink and LOCK the press bar while using both hand to wash your stuff. 5. FREE up more space that you and maneuver upon the sinks: 22" tall spring will let you have freedom of space. 6. Stylish and modern : Stainless steel looking. It is modern and spiffy. con. I have not found any yet. 2020.0930: update It is still as good as the first day. No any issue. 2022.0125: update The main sprayer lock stop working. So ,you have to hold it to wash. We still love this faucet. I change the rating from 5 to 4 stars unless someone can help me resolve the issue. 2025.0127: update The faucet still works good. However, the horizontal faucet start leaks. When I shut off the main valve the dripping will stop. I am sure the rubber gasket is worn out after SIX years of everyday use. I LOVE this faucet. I will give it 6 stars if the option is available. I am contacting the seller and see if they can give me advise on how to open the faucet and replace the worn gasket. 2025.2.26: I changed from 5 star to 2 due to hard to follow customer support this year. (a) preset answers for troubleshooting couldn't cover the problem I have (b) response to end users are hard to find. 2025.0303 change from 2 to 3 stars due to customer support is flexible and listening to complaint. Representative does not have a efficient communication skill and time took so long to get an satisfactory result. 2025.0311: The service rep. Candy has very poor communication still. Barely could not understand what customer need and do not know how to deal with customer. Changed star from 2 to 1. 2025.0801 They finally give me a new replacement parts. So I bring the star from one that too four again.
