I've tried so many vitamins over the years, but this is the first multivitamin that truly made a difference for me.For a long time, I dealt with weak nails, body aches, poor sleep, digestive issues, and just not feeling my best overall. I was often told at my checkups that my iron levels were low, and even when I took extra iron supplements, I never really felt much better.My sister, who studied in Scotland, recommended this vitamin to me and said it was a quality product. I'm so thankful she did.Since I started taking it, I've been sleeping better, feeling more energized, eating better, and just feeling healthier overall. My body feels stronger, and I finally feel like I'm getting the nutrients I need.The pill is sized right so it's easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, has no unpleasant aftertaste, and the ingredients seem well balanced. For me, it's been worth every penny.Of course, everyone's body is different, but this is the first multivitamin I've taken that I can honestly say I feel working.

This was well packaged.So am an old client of Vitabiotics, when I was pregnant for my first baby, every medication prescribed by my Doctor was unacceptable by my system, I threw up every other medications and he prescribed PREGNACARE and that worked magic, so I took that for my first pregnancy & my second pregnancy.Now I feel like I need to start taking a daily supplement to support my system as a woman and a friend whose looking so great with beautiful skin recommended well woman, I jumped for it and I believe it's gonna be great.I will also be getting the Immune support and joint collagen supplements from Vitabiotics.I will come back for an update since I just received this today, but am excited about it😊

I'm not a regular reviewer but these have to be reviewed!!!! As a 50 + woman these have worked brilliantly for me. After taking individual vitamins for a long time, I thought I would try a multivitamin to help with energy levels which were not great and annoying, after just a couple of days these were working, I can't believe how good they are, and how much better I feel my energy levels have massively improved without having to wait for weeks to see a result. Also much easier and cost effective than taking loads of individual vitamins.These have worked rapidly for me with very positive results.

شفت المدح عليه و شريته لكن صراحة يمغص البطن مرررررة ...و لتخفيف المغص حاولي تاخذيه على معدة مملوءة كويس يعني بعد الوجبة الرئيسية و افصلي الحبتين عن بعض ع الاقل ربع ساعةمستمرة عليه من اربع ايام بس ما اعتقد اكرر التجربةمع الاستمرار عليه خف المغص كثيرررر ممكن تعودت عليه لكن ثقيل شوي ع المعدة ...و صراحة فرق معاي النشاط مررررة احس اني نشيطة طول اليوم احسن من قبل و النوم صار افضل ...
