Great phone. So much easier to use than any of my previous ones. I wish I'd bought one years ago. Perfect. I'm not great with phones but this one is very easy to use.

We got this for relative woth dementia. Old mobile was acting up and kept going off so we couldn't get hold of her. Turns out she was turning it off in error then couldn't turn back on. This is a decent phone with larger keys than usual. Very simple to use, she still turns it off though so get a landline too in the end. Dementia is an awful thing, stripe the person you know of all their logic and memories. Good phone.

Bought this for my 93 year old Dad who struggled to see the screen on his old Nokia and couldn't get on with an Android phone. This seems perfect! Have had a play with it and the phone itself is nice and big with large and easy to press buttons. It's actually quite light too which is a plus. One thing to note - I had to changing the "Input method to "Abc" so match the style of his old Nokia and typing by pressing one button multiple times to get the right letter. To do this, start writing a message and then press the # key once. Then find Abc in the list and press Number 4 on the phone to select it. The screen itself seems decent enough although it would be nice to increase the font size even more. I had to turn the contrast down from full to about half way to make it easier to see. Other than that, really happy with this for my Dad

Artphone C1i phone is a good G2 basic phone

Useless, and a total waste of money. The volume is ridiculously low, you can't turn it up, either the call volume or the ringtone. So many missed calls because you can't hear it even when it's right by your elbow, and you have to have it on loudspeaker or you can only catch one word in three... I've tried to complain, but be warned - the customer support page takes you to a bundle of ads you can't get rid of and nothing else. If I could have given a negative star rating I would have done.

A great idea, but this phone only works on 2G, so unfortunately no good for my use.

Smashing. Upgraded my wife's artfone (3G) to this one and it's ideal for her. Large buttons (arthritis)and as she only uses the phone it's all she needs. Good size and comfortable for her to use. Stuck a memory card in it so she can progress to photos if she wants and just switched the SIM card over. Working within 5 minutes out of the box. Delivery was excellent, tried a local pick up point for the first time and it all went well.

It does what I need it to as a spare emergency phone instead of paying for a landline. The charging dock is handy and the phone is easy to use. Not sure how long it will last as it's thin plastic but we shall see

J'ai acheté ce téléphone pour ma grand mère qui vit seule. Elle n'est pas du tout connectée au smartphone. Trop compliqué pour elle. Ce téléphone est simple et intuitif. Les touches sont grosses et larges pour faciliter le visuel. Possibilité d'enregistrer des numéros dans les favoris, c'est bien pratique et plus simple car plus besoin d'aller chercher dans le répertoire. Le mode SOS est très sécurisant pour elle et pour nous. Nous l'avons testé et nous en sommes satisfait. Ce téléphone répond vraiment aux besoins de ma grand mère mais également de mon fils de 10 ans qui a de suite compris comment l'utiliser 😉 Le socle est pratique également pour poser le téléphone. Ainsi il ne se perd pas et on sait où il se trouve. Donc je recommmande vivement ce produit. Bon rapport qualité/prix et design sympa, ni trop gros ni trop petit.

Ich habe dieses Handy für meine Tante gekauft und sie ist sehr zufrieden damit. Einfache Handhabung, auch die Funktion mit der SOS-Taste ist sehr gelungen. Bei dem Preis gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Gekocht voor iemand die maar 1 hand kan gebruiken. Daarvoor is het extra handig dat het opladen via een docking station gebeurd.

Il cellulare è molto basico ma affidabile, ha un volume di conversione molto alto e anche la suoneria è sufficientemente alta, io ho preferito aggiungere una nuova suoneria personalizzata (tramite la connessione Bluetooth o aggiungendo una sceda di memoria), i tasti sono abbastanza grandi e retroilluminati ed anche la batteria ha una lunga durata. Insomma è un cellulare molto semplice perché funziona solo col 2G , e può andare bene per persone anziane o come secondo telefono (solo voce e sms) magari per sostituire una linea fissa. Poi leggendo le istruzioni ci sono diverse funzioni per memorizzare i numeri a chiamata rapida e il tasto allarme che avvisa diversi utenti memorizzati .
