Decent taste, great energy punch
I use these when out hiking mountains, and are great for an energy boost when starting to flag. They taste pretty decent too. I usually put them in my water bottle, but if I need a quick boost, I'll just chew them.

A bit dry in the mouth. Best eaten with some water afterwards. However, definately gives one an energy boost!

Easy to use ,work very quickly and the Blackcurrant and the Lemon taste nice
These have been a life saver more times than I care to mention , They take effect very quickly , easy to use and if you shop around value for money. Now I always carry a pack on me , Theres 14 in a pack so it is a managable size and so far I have never had a pack that wasn't durable . They come in a variety of flavours but I only like Blackcurrant and the Lemon ones , hope this helps .
