Great for the price.
Works great. A little noisy but good for the money. Measure your hole if it's a replacement. I thought it would fit but it was too small. I had to do some modification to the ceiling. A motor for the old fan costs as much as a new fan.

Replacement parts for AS50
Just moved into a house and it had AirKing AS50 fans in the bathroom and laundry room. I was able to replace the fan motor and cover with those from the AS54. Now both are quieter and cleaner than the 20 year old original fans. It was cheaper to buy the AS54 new than replacement parts for the AS50.

Small Bathroom
Fan is perfect for small room . Looks great and quite. Good air flow. Vent pipe length is 14 feet to get thru roof and still has good air flow at exit.

Inexpensive repair for an older not working unit.
I actually used this to repair an existing unit that I have. I have no idea if this is the same make or model as the one currently in my bathroom but the parts were interchangeable with no modifications needed and works perfectly. It's been about 6 months and no issues. I'm ecstatic. Disassembly and installation was easy. I even used the new louvers that came with this one to give my old one a more modern look and they fit.

Works great for us!
We already had this fan, but the motor had gone on it. My husband robbed the motor from this and avoided having to change out the whole thing. It has worked out great! We would buy again! Great noice level!

great cheap motor
most of these use the same motor/fan unit. this one is small enough that you can work into a lot of enclosures and just keep 1 handy for jobs needing a replacment bathroom fan.

I like the way this looks on the wall i installed it. it was super easy to install and does the trick in the bathroom i used it for.my only gripe is the fan is kind of loud but its the basement bathroom so im not overly concerned about it.

Great price - does the job!
It does the job. It's not fancy or gimmicky. It's just a regular old fan, very straightforward. An especially nice option for people who are into flipping houses, and want cheaper (but still relatively GOOD) exhaust fans for their bathrooms!

Cheap construction, inefficient design, poor performance
Do yourself a favor and buy another product. I got the 50 cfm fan.The unit I got is different than what I see on the image. My box was a metal finish, not the black finish.The shroud around the fan is poorly tied in the box, creates additional squeaks.The box has many holes and cracks which decrease the performance of the unit.i have about 6 feet of hard 4" duct with 3 feet of flexible duct and the unit has problems to push enough air to open the 3 small flaps on the outside exhaust. From inside, it does not feel like it pulls much air even after blocking all the cracks and holes.Be careful when installing; all edges on the box are sharp like razors; they should fold the edges.I am just happy its for a temporary project and not for a permanent usage.
