One of my favorite phones, I would recommend this phone and seller to anyone! Bought an excellent condition used phone and besides the packaging, I never would have known it was used. Battery life was incredible coming from an iPhone. I’m used to charging my phone over night and maybe again during the day. Using the s24 ultra doing typical web browsing playing Spotify both streaming and downloaded music and putting by on YouTube’s while doing chores no problem lasting two days. For context took a 10 hour flight just watched downloaded movies and listened to music the whole time and from a full charge went down to 75%. I don’t know if I can ever go back to iPhone..

Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible! All I wanted to ask is to replace the phone with a working one! The lens in the front is flickering/pulsing front and back! The rest of the phone is fine. Been trying to ask if they can just replace it with a working one??? I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HELP or ways to speak to someone. The ONLY option crap your given is to return it and get a refund and if you order another one you might, might get lucky but IM NOT going to order an other one. BEFORE you switch to you new phone carrier TEST TEST TEST EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE! A complete hassle and cost to return it, I had to pay for the return at UPS! This is now the 2nd one! I also took this phone to IfixUbreak repair and they said the front lense was damaged! Horrible customer services.

Most of the reviews are spot on. The phone is really nice. It’s not the S25, but trust me it’s still a beautiful device and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it and I have enjoyed finding new functions that the phone will do with my other devices. And of course, it's unlocked, so it was easy for me to just put in my phone service and just go. Nice clean communication on every Messenger and Meetings. That was a huge plus My only real complaint is the accessories it comes with. They’re generic, so I recommend getting an authentic charger and cord. The included cord does not support super-fast charging, so I bought two proper super-charge cables myself. I also pre-ordered a case and screen protector because the phone arrived in immaculate condition and I wanted to keep it that way. If you want a reliable phone that’s only a year old and still keeps up with the S25, this is a great choice. My only other disappointment is the storage it’s small, and there’s no option for external SD cards. So if you take a lot of pictures or make content, go for the 1TB model. Otherwise, as long as you transfer your photos and files to a computer, you’ll be just fine.

I recently choose to upgrade from my S8+ to a S24 Ultra just to have something newer on my hands. I ordered this phone on Oct. 3rd, and it arrived only 4 days later on the 7th, really commendable for express shipping and was probably the fastest I've ever received a package before especially since I live outside the United States. Signed off for the phone at the post office, it came in a nice white box that was packaged nicely with bubble wrap and came with a charger of course. (You may notice a screen protector on the phone in these images, the phone does not come with a screen protector, I bought it separately.) Phone had zero scratches, the screen was very clean with no cracks or dents anywhere whatsoever. The cameras were perfectly fine as well, basically was like a new phone in the box. Once I switched my SIM card and all of my data from my old phone to this 24 Ultra, everything worked seamlessly. Face recognition works, fingerprint recognition works, connected with my carrier with no problem which was very relieving to me since my carrier is a local carrier and is not an extension of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or any other carriers. All settings and AI settings alike are available and functionable. All camera settings are available and functionable. Everything about this phone is living to my expectations so far this week since ordering from this listing. 10/10 // Highly recommend this phone!

Excellent condition only had a super small scratch on the screen but it works perfectly like new , super fast and has excellent battery life. Works greatAlways wanted this phone the specs are out of this world perfect for any techy or non tech lovers

Samsung pretty well smashed it, no surprise there. Display is clean. Lots of customization, allowing you to optimize the battery, the performance, the visuals or anything you want really. Google is a little bit obnoxious with Gemini, hid the original assistant deep in the settings, but that's no fault of Samsung. In fact I appreciate just how easily you can swap Bixby for Google.

On paper, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G is an absolute beast of a device, but the actual day to day software experience has been a massive letdown due to persistent performance issues and glitches. Starting with the positives, the physical size of the phone feels substantial, and the screen quality is jaw-droppingly vibrant and sharp. The camera array is equally stellar, capturing phenomenal detail, and the network connectivity remains strong and reliable. However, actually using the phone quickly becomes an exercise in frustration. The software frequently stutters and lags during basic navigation. This performance hit heavily impacts the overall touch sensitivity, causing the display to miss or delay responses to my swipes and taps. To make matters worse, the ultrasonic fingerprint recognition fails to register half the time because the interface freezes up. It is a top-tier piece of hardware, but until the buggy software is heavily patched, it is incredibly hard to enjoy using it.

I received the S24+ Ultra, and my experience with this order was terrible. At first, the phone worked fine for a few days, but then it showed that the device belonged to someone else, and I was completely locked out from using it. I contacted the seller, but they never gave me a solution, insisting that they no longer offer any kind of warranty for this situation. Apparently, the phone had been blocked at some point, and they found a way to temporarily unlock it. The device seemed perfect at the beginning, and it could even work for up to four months without any issues, but then one day, out of nowhere, it reset itself to factory settings. I lost absolutely everything I had saved, and afterward, I couldn't access anything at all. That was my experience. I had a very bad time dealing with these people. They had every opportunity to replace my phone, but they never offered any help. They only replied saying that it was no longer in their hands. A terrible experience overall.

El producto venia con tres rayones algo grandes en la parte de la tapa trasera, y el centro de carga no sirve, hace falso, no sirve la carga rápida y se desconecta constantemente

El teléfono, esta liberado para cualquier compañía en mexico , lamentablemente la versión que me mandaron es una versión canadiense , y hay problemas de compatibilidad de idioma en los ajustes , no se puede forzar en español , algunos detallas estéticos mínimos en marcos , y en tapa trasera , no rayones en pantalla ni en lente de cámaras, llevo poco más del mes con el celular , solo estos últimos días no se si por actualización o por uso siento que se calienta un poco más en ciertas aplicación como tiktok , solo me deja un mal sabor la versión del producto que es canadiense

Hola buen día, recibí el producto, solo que en uso le dura de 6 a 7 horas la batería y se calienta mucho.

El telefono no va en calidad exelente es bueno , venía con demasiados raspones en los marcos del telefono y el cargador que envían es de mala calidad, además venia de una telefonía liberado ( con animación de la compañía al encenderlo)
