Omg I love my magic bullet I bought the magic bullet back years and years ago like 25 years ago and I still got it it's about worn out and almost don't work so I thought I better get me another one. It's better built, it's more quality material, none of the old parts fits this part it's bigger it's a bigger blender it's a stronger blender it's got your off and your medium blend and your strong blend and I'm telling you I love it love it love it. The only thing about the old things is you just used them for the cups to drink out of because it doesn't fit the blender so you'll have to get more of the the bigger blender cups and the blades if you want to do that or you'll have to get us the old side blender to fit your motor stuff but whatever I wouldn't trade this new one for nothing My old one is about on the fritz I have to maneuver it to get it to work so I was scared I wouldn't going to have it. I'm tickle this peach to have it. My old one wouldn't even crush ice but this one pulverizes it into a slush. I say you need to get it I'm just so happy I can't stand it. I don't even trust my family with it lol. I'm not kidding, I'm afraid it might get legs and walk out the door. We all Have those kind of people in our family. So it's ice quality and it does crush eyes you can use it for drinks for beverages You can use for smoothies You can use it to puree food You can use it to chop food you can use it for a blending spices there's millions of things that you can do with this thing I mean this is like one of those high-end blenders I think. And the little suction cups on the bottom of that thing is irritating although it's good to keep it from being knocked off of the counter. But they really have a good section on it and where you lay it where you sit it is where it will stay You have to slide it toward you if not then go suction cups are going to come popping off it's got a good section on it but that's what it's been for. And as far as the leaking goes you have to make sure that you don't have it filled up all the way to the top because I did and it was leaking when I was trying to blend it but the thing to that is not to have it there's a line on it Don't feel it past that line with ice or anything because once you once you tighten that up and it's got a good tightness to it but you can't overfill it or it will spill out. I give it a hundred a pluses on this one I've not seen one is good quality as this I'm old and it takes a lot of strength for me to open that thing up but I think what time it'll it'll get easier or I'll build my muscles right. Go buy you one, You won't regret it

This blender is very impressive! Smooth finish (no clumps literally). The blades do an awesome job at chopping through ice and frozen items. I love the dual set as I often make personal smoothies for myself. I love the option on the full cup where u can take the top off and add more things if need be! I love the automatic shut off after 1 minute of blending! The down side to this is that its suggested the wait time to blend after 1 round of use. This blender is fairly easy to clean but i do wish it came with a brush Overall, i love this blender and I love the affordable price!!!!! 10/10

Works really well. We liked ours so much we bought a second one for a friend. Has a nice capacity, the small one is good for smoothies , the larger one is good for two smoothies or soups etc.. Not too noisy, crushes ice, NOT big cubes but smaller pieces. Easy to clean up and store.

Other customers should know that I hate to cook, but if I have to spend time in the kitchen, I want decent appliances. This blender falls in that category. It is a nice blender, easy to clean, stores easily, but the little suction cups that hold it on the counter make it really hard to move. I just set it on a potholder and solve the problem (just so you know, I stay by it and hold it so there's no chance of it falling over). I have used it a couple of times, and it always does the job. It is a great deal for the price. I would recommend it to anyone, whether you like to cook or not!

Fast blend, works as needed. Sticks to cabinet and will not slide around.

Love this and use it to make my husband a drink EVERY MORNING since I got it! I’ve also used it to crush egg shells for homemade plant fertilizer 👍🏼

This item is hard to operate. Lid is too tight to open. The bottom is always stuck to the counter. The blades portion is not removable . Very hard to repack it to return. Cannot return at Whole Food. UPS AND LUCKY STORE DROP iff and customer has to pack it in another box as Amazon only sent it in the original box . Amazon told me to take it to Lucky store They did not accept it as they are still waiting for Amazon machine. Then Amazon told be to drop off at UPS and no need to pack it. UPS will do it . It’s not correct information, UPS declined as I have to pack it in the different box , not using that Magic Bullet box. It was so frustrated to me to run around to one place to the next as I am a handycap old lady. To talk to customer service is a pain in the neck as I had to wait and went through it with the answering machine first. Two customer services gave me wrong. Information. I will not order anything from this company again

I love how the cups click into the base so you know it is seated properly. I make a smoothie daily and it has been good so far..have had it for 2 weeks.
