This wellness supplement is by far the nastiest and stinky supplement ever and the pill is rather large so it can be hard to swallow but this stuff WORKS!I've been taking this for the past 3 years. I started taking it when I had to start commuting to DC and use public transit. The metro can get packed and even with Covid still lingering around there's a lot of people using the Metro. I started taking this to help build my immunity in hopes to not get as sick being exposed to so many people on a daily basis. I started this supplement before Covid was even a thing. Prior to comutting I was working from home and not exposed to many people so I knew my immunity wasn't as strong as it could be and if I didnt take something I'd be sick all the time and I definitely didn't want to bring any sickness back home to my family.My initial reaction to this supplement was eww its nasty and it smells awful. I can't take it with water, I have to take it with juice or something with flavor to keep it down. However, with that being said the benefits outweighs the nastiness. There has been countless time where my co-workers or family have been sick and I don't catch whatever is going around. If I do catch something it's usually when I miss a dose or 2 and the symptoms are mild. As soon as I get symptoms I realize I hadn't taken the supplements and immediately will take it and within a couple of days I'm good.When people were freaking out about Covid. I kept taking this supplement and I never tested positive for Covid. If I did get it, it was mild. Now every body reacts differently to supplements, so this is not a testimony stating it will prevent Covid but it definitely has kept me healthy and anytime I did get sick the symptoms were mild and the illness was short.You couldn't pay me to stop taking this supplement. It has kept me healthier than I would otherwise have been. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

I love this tablets! They really work when needed! At the first cold symptoms I take two and then two or three through the next day and the cold is gone! Sometimes, I take them a little late, but they still help go through the cold fast. I totally recommend this formula.

Great daily vitamin

I'm on the fence with this one. I get a lot of sinus infections, so I'm always looking for something to reduce or eliminate illnesses. This product is interesting, and it works if you start it right away and only if you are willing to deal with some cons, including taking it in megadoses. I've used it twice so far -- once it was effective, and once it was not.The first time, I began taking this the day I first felt my symptoms -- a sore throat and slight sinus congestion that is almost always a sign of an impending infection. I took 3 every 3 hours, exactly like it says on the bottle, and it worked. I still had to do my usual nasal rinse routine, but combined with these pills, I didn't get a full-blown infection and I never had the usual extreme fatigue and feverish feeling. This was literally the first time in ten years that I didn't get those associated symptoms, so it was a very big deal to me. In essense, I never felt sick and I had only to deal with some minor sinus congestion that subsided in week.The second time, though, I waited three days after the symptoms began to start taking it. I had been painting inside my home for days, and I was convinced that my allergies were the culprit, not a virus. I was wrong, and by the time I realized it and began taking the Wellness Formula, it was too late. A month later, and I'm still dealing with a sinus infection and a cough, even though I took this formula as directed for a week.So, in my unscientific view, these must absolutely be taken at the first sign of illness, at least for me. That means taking it even if you are not really sure you are getting sick, which then means perhaps unecessarily dealing with the two biggest cons: having to take every three hours (equalling about 18 pills per day, for days on end) and dealing with an excessive amount of gas, which I experienced both times I took it.So if I can't find a better alternative before the next cold or flu that comes along, I will likely use these again. After all, it beats being sick. But I won't particularly enjoy measuring my life in 3 hour increments again. And I definitely won't look forward to the gas (and neither, I'm sure, will people around me!)

This is one of my favorite supplements. I found it several years ago. It was recommended by someone at the vitamin Shoppe. I have to tell you upfront that they are large pills and they do have a taste which is not pleasant. But I do not experience an aftertaste which is good. I only get the tablets, not the ‘capsules’ because you take three at a time, instead of six at a time with the capsules . But sometimes I just take two at a time if I’m feeling a little under the weather and I take them two or three times a day and it kicks it right out. This is the best immune supplement I have found to ward off colds and flu symptoms. It has echinacea goldenseal, which is a natural antibiotic . And so many other great ingredients! Vitamin D and zinc and CAgain I can get past the large tablet size and the taste because they work so well. Once I was really sick with a sinus congestion and laryngitis. And I took these three at a time morning, noon and night and within three days I was feeling almost 100% better! They work!
