OEM hotend, no temp drama
Went with the OEM hotend rather than a copy because some of the knockoffs had temp drift issues reported. This one installed in a couple minutes, the machine recognized it without any reset song and dance, and the thermistor readings are steady across long prints. Printing quality is exactly where it was before I swapped the old one out, which is what you want from a replacement part. Costs a bit more than the clones but you pay for the no drama factor.

Original manufacturer equipment. Great quality. I didn’t realize that the hotend needed to be assembled into a unit with a thermistor and a fan, so I ordered a few more pieces to build easily swappable units.
