The ball socket doesn't "lock".
I bought this to replace the mount for my TND750. Two of three "claws" broke. The new mount arrived quickly however when I tried to mount it to the window, there was tape on the rubber suction part. I got most of it off but then realized the ball socket didn't get tight enough. There is a pentagon shaped piece inside, where the male piece is too big for the female piece that the tightening bolt goes through. I used my old window mount section and the new "claw" piece to Frankenstein a new solution for my GPS mount. Overall, I would not purchase from this seller again, mainly for the tape on the rubber.

It’s about an inch shorter then the factory one on it doesn’t have any where to attach the power cable like the original one
