I am 5’4” and 120lb. I’ve had low back pain and sciatica on and off for many years. I am a tossing and turning kind of sleeper throughout the night due to the pain. I’ve tried a few different kind of memory foam leg pillows with adjustable strap but none of them worked. All of them were either uncomfortable, hot, or wouldn’t stay on my leg. I am really glad I purchased this one. I got the one with cooling cover. It is not hot, but more importantly its smooth and slippery texture makes it so easy to move it around under the blanket so it doesn’t wake you up as you are trying to reposition it. It is very soft and long enough so you can use it no matter what your sleeping positions may be. It has helped my pain a lot. I wake up in the morning feeling so much better since I started to use this pillow. I would strongly recommend it to those with back or hip pains.

After searching and searching for a knee pillow that was a good size with ample support, I finally found this. It's perfect for both back and side sleeping. I wake up without back pain!

This has worked well in providing support under or between legs for sleeping in multiple different positions. Only shortcoming is that it could be a little longer, but works great as is. The removable cover is nice and does have some “cooling” properties as advertised. Once it recovered from being squished significantly in. Shipping container, it fluffed up to a nice firm form and retains that during use.

Love this pillow. Use it every night and it helps keep my back realigned and my body straight. The cooling factor helps so much in the summer time and I mind it in the winter time, but I love the cold.

It is VERY firm. Too firm for me. There is no give. I cannot use it between legs when I sleep on my side. Also, I searched for items "Made in USA". This item popped up. This is made in China. However, on the packaging it says "Made for USA" . This is deceptive. I wish Amazon would have make finding "Made in USA" items easier.

I use this under my knees while working on the laptop in bed, and sleep with it between my legs or under knees depending on sleep position, every single night. I travel with it, can’t be without this upgraded knee pillow. Much better than my old contoured small one! Very comfortable!

Too soft to provide support. Purchased this pillow in Sept 2024, and wanted a second one. So, tried buying the same pillow but the one I received is much softer foam than the original. The material of the cover is soft and cool, though.

I don't know how it works, but it does! I put this pillow under my knees at bedtime, and it has solved the problem 99.9% of the time. The pillow is soft and the cover is cooling. I'm so glad I bought it.
