I love that it doesn’t have the harsh ammonia smell and am hoping that it will be more gentle on my hair which has been prone to breakage and thinning now that I am in my 60s. The dark blonde color matches perfectly and is very similar to the product that contains ammonia, however it does fade-out sooner than the other (original) version even though it says “permanent”.
