At First, I was very worried. The price tag on this product is high for the amount you get. A little does go a long way, though; the smell is light, not overpowering. The consistency is gel-like and very lightweight. If you follow the directions and apply correctly, you will not have any breakdown with your nasal pillow.

CPAP cushions can be hard on your nose, but this stuff keeps you from developing sores. Neutral smell, and just a little lasts all night. Also, and important, no damaging ingredients to harm the masks

Works very well. One complaint,for the price I pay the case it comes in is very cheap! It’s sharp & every one cracks. It’s so bad I put the contents in a different container.

Coming from the high semi arid climate of southern Colorado, you know skin and sinuses can be in agony in the dry climate. I was previously using Vaseline and it just wasn't helping my nasal passage. After using this, nose bleeds have significantly reduced and my sinuses are no longer in constant pain from dry air.

Very gentle and safe for use with O2. Application is very easy. Not greasy.

Don’t think I could stand to continue using my CPAP without a product like this! It makes a huge difference! And the fragrance is minimal to nonexistent. Will be buying more as needed.

I really don't like leaving a bad review for a US based company so I will try to write this the best way I know how. My son has severe nose issues to the point at times his nose poors blood for no reason and this will happen several days in a row. When his nose gets stuffy he's in so much pain (my son has several disabilities one being he doesn't like how certain things taste or feel) and aside from a pill he won't put anything in his nose. When we went to the doc he gave him saline spray and of course he used it once, but doesn't like the feel. We tried a different saline spray, nope can't use it. Vics? No way he won't use it. He will use humidifier, vics vapor machine, but that's about it. The last few days he's been in the bathtub for probably 8hrs trying to use the steam to help. We've also used tea, hot pan of water on the stove with a towel and still nothing. I figured I'd give this a try. The ad sounded amazing and I don't know what I was expecting, but I think I was hoping for some like cream that made this "water" they talk about. I received my package today and the minute I tried ripping the paper label off (after already ripping the plastic safety seal which seems redundant) my finger jabbed right into it the tiny bottle and I had this vics like stuff now all over my fingers. Now for a small bottle you certainly don't want to waste any and to have it all over my fingers and now trying to get it back in the bottle for him to use I decided I would give it a try and see how it worked. I scraped as much off as I could and rubbed it in both nostrils. Now maybe it was just me, but my nostrils actually started sticking together to where I had to wipe it out. Now while I wiped most out I didn't seem to notice any difference in my nose. My nose is still clogged, still dry, and I can't say I'd spend this much again on it when I'm not seeing a benefit. My son of course absolutely would not try it being it looks just like vics so if you don't like vics or how it feels then you won't like this.

Smells lovely and has improved my nosebleeds.

Nice smell, but so far still I am having the same problem at night even using this product. It is good quality but not so effective for me.
