Review: Comes ready as pictured - As pictured. Be careful and sure to keep some wire pulled to motor to solder, then carefully push back into arm after insulated joints. Can keep some leads on old motor. Also was easier for me to cut and solder the motor wires just inside the body, vs reterminate at board. see youtube for good examples b4 you start.
Review: Required Surgery to use - I was unaware that the wiring to the motor is secured inside the arm. It is not possible to solder a motor to the used wires as they are cut short. I had to painstakingly slice the plastic open with a razor knife to remove the old wires and thread my original motor wiring through. I would spend the extra money for a new arm with motor if I have to do it again. It was as described so no fault of seller.
