The face steamer is very easy to use. I open the lid from the back of the steamer and pour in water, then plug in the steamer. I like how I do not have to wait for too long in order for the steam to come out and heat up. Also, the steam reaches out far. So, I won’t have to lean into the steamer, I can be about six to ten inches away from the steamer.

I liked how it gets the job done. It does what it was designed to do, but the design itself could use some work. I wish it was easier to clean and that the door to the reservoir was easier to take off. Overall I still use it and deal with it not being as convenient.

So far I’ve used this steamer twice. Both times it produced a generous stream of warm steam. I’m glad it doesn’t get too hot, I don’t have to worry about burning my skin. I will edit this review if anything should change, I plan on using it at least three times a week.

This is a small device and I wasn't sure if it will provide hot steam but it proved me wrong. It warms up in 30 seconds and delivers steam in a uniform fashion. I usually wrap my towel around my head but I didn't need a towel with this. I could easily warm up my skin with this nano steamer. Extractions were easier and I end my skincare routine with a clay mask.

Just not practical to take water out. Poor design. Just wasted my money on this one.

Nice product. It's small, but it really puts out steam and fast. I am very impressed with the steamer. I do have a hard time with getting the door off the water reservoir, but it works great.

Works great! I like the size. It has a good amount of steam. I definitely recommend this one! And it arrived a couple days early!!

Unit heated up really quickly. Full blast of steam took less than 30 seconds and ran around 10 minutes. Soooooooo relaxing and made my skin products feel more luxurious afterwards. The steam is ultra fine, no distinguishable water particles. It’s lovely and warm but not too hot, Ran unit twice prior to use, slight plastic smell was gone after this. Unit does NOT turn off automatically. So be aware of that. The water tank is not separate so you fill directly in to the unit itself. I assumed the whole tank would lift out doesn’t inhibit use too much, but thought I’d mention it incase others made the same assumption. The cover for the water tank is a bit dicky, but I’ve found if you push on the top it comes out easily. Awesome value for money, and fabulous to have on hand for when you're feeling extra with your skin care routine. Can’t wait to go into full self-care mode and do an at home facial…now with steam!

This product is good for the price but after using it rarely for 4 months (8-10 times) smoke started coming out of the product with visual sparks from the base. Very unsafe. Do not recommand.

Very hard to open the water tank, otherwise works well

Perfectly easy and safe to use. I gave myself 2nd degree burns with my last facial steamer.
