I started on thiamine hcl (3/20) at 100mg for first few weeks, then added a BComplex/multivitamin,and magnesium. I SLOWLY upped by 50mg increments every 3-4 weeks adding in ttfd (allithiamine: TTFD w/fillers) until Elliot’s Thiamax (ttfd no fillers) 100mg came out in late summer of 2020, then used both to continue upping by 50mg increments. I follow his thiamine neurological inflammation protocol now and am actually documenting nerve regeneration (skin biopsies showed SEVERE small fiber neuropathies SFN 11/21) tested by my neurologist.
