It is easy to use and works seamlessly with any hiccups. The microphone and sound quality are good. It is also comfortable to wear.

These headphones are worth every penny I spent on them so much so that I bought a spare set recently.There is nothing I could fault about them.For reference I am a market researcher and work mostly from home but even in a loud office based environment they are perfect for the price.

Such a shame about the quality of these as they worked perfectly on two occasions. Kept in the case when not in use and one of the earpieces has snapped off. Unfortunately, now out of returns window so a waste of £71. Won't be buying these again. such a shame as the sound quality and functionality was fine - just don't seem to be built to last.

Sound is decent but not great. Comfort is not that great for long periods (feels like your head is in a vice) although, I will say the headset itself is very lightweight. The cord length is actually pretty good on this model no complaints here. Is worth the money, for office calls and short gaming sessions this isn't a bad pick as you save for something higher quality in the future.

Clear audio, reliable for work and inexpensive

First impression when I used for sound was WOW the bass and clarity was superb. Second impression for Wfh Zoom meetings was clear and crisp and again, superb. Third impression was WOW, these padded ears that lay flat on the ear are so nice Vs. The other headsets and the flex strap under the bar is way better than those standard headsets. No more migraines. Yay Lastly the Fourth impression and seal the deal that these are worth every penny was the insane noise cancelling. I was in a zoom group with one other coworker practicing our roles of CD together when suddenly my 1yr old dog whose locked in my bedroom with me, begins barking uncontrollably because my son arrived home from school and she senses him. I panicked and tried to shush her as I couldn't reach the door to open at the time. I apologized to my coworker and he's said "Oh, what" I asked "Didn't you hear my dog going crazy barking?" He replied "No" I about fell out of my chair in shock. Not kidding!! I explained to him what just took place as I laughed and said "Wow these are some dam good headsets"

I've only had these for a few weeks, but I've been impressed with the performance so far. Really good sound quality and the lightweight design makes them comfortable for extended wear. Having to telework three days a week with Teams as a primary collaboration tool, long term comfort is important to me. Convenient in-line volume and mute control. I use mine in a USB port, so no feedback for how well the audio jack works. The microphone seems to work well, as I've had no complaints from co-workers. I also like the option of rotating the microphone so you can use it from either the left or right side.

Sto usando da tre anni quella fornita dalla mia azienda al lavoro in sede e in smart working. Comodissima, leggera, si può utilizzare per ore senza accusare fastidi che altre cuffie più economiche mi procuravano. Quella acquistata ora su Amazon mi permette di lasciare una in ufficio ed una a casa evitando di portarla avanti e indietro da casa al lavoro e viceversa. Consigliabilissima.
