It was working great for a few months. now the Camera keeps restarting for no reason. Disconnecting all the time from the wifi.edit: Change the review from 2 stars to 5 stars as the customer service is very responsive and they also sent a replacement plus gave and earbuds free.

Disappointing.
This product never worked. I did not have time to install it before the last day to return it. I have tried and did not work and I said I will tey later and nothing. I have tried several times to connect it and did not work. I get a message about not supporting more that 2.4 network however I have tried on different networks and did not connect. Very disappointed.I have many other products from eugy and I am very happy with them but this is one of them that should not be promoted.

Very difficult to set any of these systems up using a Macbook. No info from manufacturer themselves - have to go to chat groups. Basically you have to use a 'phone app.' - reflecting this brand is not really aimed at proper surveillance system.

Excellent value for money….
We bought this camera as an add on to our outside home security as it was a Eufy product.It is now being used as an indoor camera in our son’s room and is outstanding. Easy to add to the App and we can see all our cameras in one place.No subscription, easy to use and assemble and outstanding value for money, if your in the market, I would need to be convinced to swap to another product.No connectivity issues, no battery life issues, looks good and does the job I wanted it to do.
