The hat is excellent in every way, EXCEPT it was a little too loose. So, I am going to have the inner band cinched up a little to make it a better fit.

Fits my big head fine
I bought this when I dropped my old bucket hat while at St Paul's cathedral - either the old one was never found or someone decided to keep it for themselves. My head's on the big side (in spite of my natural modesty and charm) so it's always a bit of a risk buying headgear on line but this fits just fine.

Exactly as pictured and described
I love these hats! The description and pictures are spot on. I would say the fit is average. I do have a small head so thats why I would say the overall fit is normal. The hats brim is not too small or not to large so it really helps with blocking the sun. The cotton material also makes it very breathable.
