Super Lube-21030 Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease, 3 Oz. (Pack of 2)

Amazing at everything. Have used it on Kitchenaid Mixer, 32 & 90 Tooth Ratchets, Bearings, Brake Hubs to prevent sticking and the list goes on. It's fantastic. Very slippery yet thick enough that it won't seep out of anything you put it in.

Super Lube is the best all-purpose grease I've found, and we're talking a lot of years. It's too expensive to lube your auto suspension or wheel bearings. But it's great for everything around the house and shop. I lube my pocket knives with Super Lube, and it lasts about three years before it all rubs off. But the grease itself doesn't fail. I have some dual-banana speaker connectors that were rattley. So I put some Super Lube on the threads of the binding post, and they're nicely damped now. I put just the thinnest bit on PC chassis covers, where they make contact. Much less struggle! It's safe in the kitchen. It works for drawer guides, hinges (have to take apart the hinge), way better than WD40. Light bulbs sometimes get stuck, but not with a thin coat of Super Lube on the base. And I mean a really thin coat! I also have three 3oz. tubes of Super Lube that I refill using a big syringe. You have to compress the tube first, so there is little air inside. Saves money over buying more 3oz. tubes. Almost all of it wipes off your hands with a rag, so you don't need to wash them right away after using it. I can even use a touchscreen after I just wipe off the Super Lube. It's clear, so invisible.

It all started 1 day at Napa I saw it and said food grade huh. Yep now everything greaseable of mine uses super lubes products. The very first item I used it on was a dremel flex shaft ,I now use it in my die grinders air ratchets my foredom tx flex shaft grinder my electric impacts and my angle grinders it's even on my smith machine so on and so forth with no problems some of which function better than before. I've got pretty much all there products now the multi purpose grease,the cleaner,air tool oil,anti seize,engine assembly grease ect. Yall need to make engine oil. I've got the engine treatment super lube makes mixes nicely with liqui moly 5w30 but I would like to have my engines all with super lube oil. I even prefer yalls penerating spray over freeze all and pblaster. It does take a little bit longer for the penetrant to do its work than the other companies but the trade off of no fumes and not smelling like I drumped pblaster on my head is definitely worth the little extra time in my opinion. I have multiple grease guns that I've marked super lube only the rule with them is I see you put anything else in those guns I'll turn you into Captain hook. I had 1 experience when cleaning out a flex shaft sheath and I was using the kitchen sink for the hot water and my mother saw me and said don't you wash that in the sink where we do dishes I've seen you put grease in it before! I had the tube of superlube right next to me I said oh you mean this grease dipped my finger in it then licked the grease off it. She looked at me with horor in her eyes 😂 I said mother it's food grade. That experience got her wanting all she owns to be lubricated with the same company. All her jeep grease points have Been filled with super lube. Oh by the way I do not recommend that you eat the grease I was just proving to her my trust in this company. Nothing haplend from me doing that absolutely no side effects. Super lube I'll definitely be a life long customer as long as you keep putting out quality products.

My main use for this grease is for swimming pool seals. I used to buy those tiny tubes of grease that were very expensive and hard to dispense out of the tube. This can is much more cost effective and easy to glob it onto my nitrile gloves and completely coat the seals effectively. Other uses I have found is for the microwave door latch. Using a Q-tip and apply it on the runners that the latch slides into where the door closes. That way you won't have plastic on plastic wearing down the latch thus causing the micro switches to start failing. This can goes a long way, I purchased mine in 2020 and I still have about half left. If you plan on having your can for any length of time, I recommend storing it in a plastic bag. I store mine indoors, and even doing so, the bottom of the can is starting to rust leaving round rust circles on my shelf. I hope this review was helpful for you.

It's a good quality grief, but just a little bit on the expensive side.

Bought the 14.1 oz tub for $17.82 in Sept 2023. First off, they were a bit generous with mine, as in weighed at about a pound (16oz) when it arrived. IMHO, this is the best all round general use grease you can have at home or work shop. It's good in temps from -45F to 450F. Most home use needs are well within that range. It's not petroleum based so it won't damage plastic over time. It seems like most appliance housings and internal parts are plastic these days. Since it's food grade safe, it can be used when cleaning or repairing mixers, electric can openers, food processors and all those other kitchen gizmos. It's pretty much clear when applied in a thin coat but is white-ish when in a thick glob or layer. If it does discolor, it's things from the environment getting caught in the grease, not the grease itself. I've used it on non-engine car parts, garage tools, door hinges, sewing machines, stereo turn table and tape deck rebuilds. Anyway, that list goes on. This is the go-to grease until you need a special purpose high-temp or super viscosity grease.

I bought this Super Lube grease specifically for my 3D printer's Z-axis rods and lead screws, and it's been working perfectly. The synthetic formula stays put and doesn't dry out like some cheaper greases I've tried. After applying it to my printer's lead screws, the Z-axis movement became noticeably smoother and quieter. I'm not getting any of the sticking or binding issues I had before. The 3 oz tubes are a good size - enough for multiple applications but not so much that it'll go bad before I use it up. The consistency is just right - thick enough to stay in place but not so heavy that it causes drag. I've been using it for a few months now with no issues. Definitely recommend for 3D printer maintenance.

After reading some reviews saying it was 'half empty' i thought this might be a mistake. So it arrived and I weighed it...its actually slightly heavier than labelled, just because a product has room in the tub doesn't mean its half empty. When was the last time.e you had a full to the brim bag of crisps? Weighed the thing before complaining! This grease is a top product from a very reputable company, I use this for airsoft and air rifle PCP's, just glad its available in a tub and at the price it is way cheaper than buying the small tubes, buy with confidence.
