Review: Yummy vegan pies for the making - I got this book after I had tried Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, by the same authors, and found it very successful. Like its two counterparts, Vegan Pie in the Sky is full of great vegan recipes and advice. There are sections advising on ingredients, equipment, and technique, as well as metric conversion charts, useful for those who, like me, don't use the American systems of measurements and temperature. The book includes recipes for crusts, fillings, and even a few toppings. There are sections on fruit pies, cream pies, harvest pies, and chocolate pies. Many of the recipes have tips and some have variations. Whatever your taste in pies, you're sure to find something delicious to make. I have many bookmarks in my copy of the book and can recommend the Cosmos Apple Pie and the Lemon Mousse Pie as some of my favorites. If you want to try some sweet vegan pies, this is the book to get.

I got this book after I had tried Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, by the same authors, and found it very successful. Like its two counterparts, Vegan Pie in the Sky is full of great vegan recipes and advice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pie EVER!!

I bought this book after getting the Cookie book for Christmas. It was definitely A WORTH WHILE BUY, THE PIES YOU MAKE OUT OF THIS ARE amazing! The instructions are so easy to follow, which is good as I am a relatively novice baker at the moment. With the help of this book, and the Cookie book, I have been baking a lot more and don't even remember why you would need a pie to be non-vegan. I don't get any complaints about the lack of eggs or dairy from my omnivore husband or friends either!
