WOW! As a Brit, I LOVE American bakery and cook books. But I’m always worried about cups as measurements because of the inaccuracy. But this book has everything written as both cups and as grams. I want to buy every Zoë book I can find. The content of this cookie book is diverse and I can’t wait to bake. I also love the in-depth talk about recipes and life. Insightful and a joy to read.

I enjoy baking and this is one of my favorite cookbooks right now. Everything I have made so far has come out tasting wonderful and well received at family events and at home. I’ve been baking my way through it the past year and the recipes seem easy to understand and come out tasting like bakery level from a quality standpoint point. My new go to recipe is the Perfect Chocolate Chip. I make a double batch to have on hand and freeze for last minute gatherings or just want to bake a few cookies at night to eat. The Smash Cookie on the cover is outstanding, a show stopper! Would highly recommend this book. It’s has great trouble shooting information and is full of personal touches. I enjoyed the Minnesota State Fair section and have made a few of the bars. I highly recommend this book if you enjoy baking, it’s a great addition to your collection. Also great gift for friends and family that enjoy baking.
