ABSOLUTELY a time, life, and consistency SAVIOUR for my gumbos, etouffees, etc. a bit expensive against local purchase - if you can find it - but i consider it well worth the price. have already reordered once.

Great Stuff
Being for New Orleans, I like my gumbo. Don't always have time to make my own roux, so this is great in a pinch. Have been using this product for years and have never had any complaints about my gumbo.
