Bag is big enough for the 17.5” laptop, however the back strap is too wide and doesn’t sit comfortable on shoulder.

Be warned!!! On first impressions this looks like a good bag and very comfortable. BUT!!! When your laptop is in the bag the bag has no padding whatsover only thin edge of the material, so if you were to put this bag down anywhere it's basically the hard laptop edge against the floor. If you bump this bag against anything it's your laptop that's hitting the object. I bought this bag for 2 reasons to carry the laptop and to protect it from bumps or to be able to rest the bag down on the floor safely. While the sides are padded the bottom and edges and top edges are not protected in anyway.DO NOT BUYI am sending this back for a refund.
