Great for bladder prolapse
Amazing how great they are for bladder prolapse. I have been wearing these for a couple years now to help with bladder prolapse and these briefs help tremendously. I can do almost anything I normally to with absolutely no problem. I am older, late 70’s so I am not a candidate for surgery but don’t need it wearing these. I have both made of cotton and the nylon and like them both. I am 5’5” inches and weigh 155 lbs. Hip measures 41 inches iand get large which fits great and are comfortable. Also have a couple pairs of medium but like wearing the large best. My only complaint is the cost but worth it. Hopefully they might reduce the cost in the future. Highly recommend !!

Supportive!
I get pelvic varicosities when I’m pregnant and these helped so much! My second pregnant I used the belly bandit v-sling and although it helped- it was very very noticeable under clothes. These underwear were much more comfortable, less obnoxious under clothes, and still supported my veins. I did think the bikini styler was more supportive than boxer type

Not supportive or flattering at all
I bought all sorts of support garments for pelvic issues while pregnant with my baby. This included this underwear, which I was skeptical about but decided to give it a try. They were very expensive for 1 pair, but I resolved that if they fit then I would work out buying more later. I bought the size medium for my pregnancy body, at 5’1/145 lbs and the underwear was really ill fitting and bunched up around my crotch, like a camel toe and also bunched on the backside of my rear, however, they were form fitting around my waist, which told me that sizing up would not help. They also provided zero support as it just felt like I wear wearing badly designed underwear. There was zero difference between this underwear and other underwear except that this was much more expensive. I tried other items, including a belly bandit band, momcozy pregnancy band, cabea baby belly band, neotech care pregnancy support band, and kinesiology tape. Of all the items, the momcozy pregnancy band and kinesiology tape helped to pick up my belly to provide a much needed lift. Both helped to pick up my belly about 2 inches where I’m not carrying so low. The momcozy band was about $40 during cyber week and the kinesiology tape I found for 2 rolls for $10. I highly recommend trying around for other means of support as you won’t get that with this underwear.

Prolapse brief
For me the brief works really well they are made real good but they only last up to around 6 months and they need to be replaced and they are alittle pricey when you have to order them wish they would last longer they also ate true to size for me

Really works for me
I am an active senior with bladder and rectal prolapse. This item really works for me. I am on the thin side. I wear this all the time except for sleep and am comfortable exercising, walking on a treadmill, doing yoga , cooking in the kitchen. I also have two other pairs that are more like boy briefs but I like this style better. It is a little bulky so I usually wear tunic tops with my leggings. Worth the price and for now can avoid surgery.

Size small 100 pounds 5’2”
Absolutely love these! I previously purchased two pair of the shorts which were wonderful but a little bulky. This style is perfect for the activities that I do daily, Raquetball gardening and working out, etc. I have the black and just ordered the white as well. They hold my bulging bladder in place all day. Therefore, I don’t have to urinate as frequently and the urine flow is 90% better. I am definitely happy, not disappointed at all.

Good support for prolapse, But…..
The band that supports the pelvic floor feels great, especially during a walk or hike or house work (times I’m most uncomfortable). But, as others have noted, the draw string is weird and the rise from crotch to waist is weird. Too short. I thought the drawstring if loosened would remedy that but it really does nothing. The way these fit the model in the picture, falling under the natural waist, is what you get and that’s neither comfortable or flattering. How hard would it have been just to make them fit like a brief? I worm them over my favorite brief for a hike but I was self conscious of all the seams and bulk and had to wear a long shirt. Just not a perfect solution.

Comfort that still works
For a severe prolapse. This is not the first time I’ve purchased this brand. I’m so happy to have found them. They have really literally put life back into my daily living. The others were longer like briefs, which work great under clothes, However I Bought these to wear under my swim suit. They are perfect, comfortable, still holds everything in place and added bonus, NO SHOW. Yes I highly recommend to anyone who suffers from a debilitating prolapse to try these.

Good full support!
This prolapse brief gives your bladder more support than the pull on straps I've had in the past.

Too short at the back
These sorts of garments are a "hit" or miss, unfortunately the back of the garment was too short and did not go up to the waist

It does actually work - it lifts!
I have a prolapsed uterus which actually protrudes quite a bit so my comments are based on what has helped with this, and these ‘Vulvar Varicosity Briefs’ really have helped. Basically, they are a firm stretchy fabric with a sewn-in, X-shaped reinforcement stretching between the legs with a very slightly thickened central section which stays fairly flat so that it lifts and levels the protrusion – and it really works! I’m 5’2” tall, 42” round the widest part of my hips and gambled on a medium which actually is a good fit on me. They have an adjustable drawstring at the waist which I didn’t even notice when I first wore them and think I’ll probably take out as not needed. When I put them on I pull them up above the curve of my hips (making them very slightly higher at the back/lower at the front). They stay there and are firm but perfectly comfortable, and I wear them over normal knickers so they don’t need to be washed every time. A side effect is that they give a slight degree of support to my stomach which has become increasingly saggy since turning 65. (I also tried a belt type support with a Y-shaped central section going between the legs. It was useless as the central section just molded itself around my protruding uterus and didn’t lift it at all. Also the actual belt was very bulky – although that might not have mattered if it had actually worked.)
