Perfect tap
This is the best bit of kitchen equipment I've ever bought. I've had this for nearly 2 years.( so you know this review isn't done lightly) my water comes form a borhole so the pressure isn't great. This taps has given me hot water at a steady 55%. Can get into mid 60s but pressure drops. I've tried other electric taps for the toilet. But nothing has come close so i put another of these in the toilet perfect. If you need a electric tap this is the kiddy

Very pleased with this tap
This tap is excellent value for money, it works very well and looks really good. It is very flexible and easy to position any way you wish. Pulling the lever down to half way increases the flow of your cold water, continuing to pull it down your hot water goes from the hottest to the coolest as the flow increases. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Disappointed
Bought this to replace a more expensive one that is sold by one of the major trade suppliers. This is much better. Firstly it is all metal except for the hose. If the water flow is reduced to low, when set to hot mode, the water is almost boiling, 90c. The hose is very useful as you can reach around the sink and actually rince items on the drain board. The only minor design issue is that rather than being able to choose hot or cold, you have to go through cold to get to hot, baring in mind the more you turn the control the greater the flow of water! Update 15th July 2020 Yesterday the temperature indicator started flashing erratically although hot water was produced as normal. This has continued today and by chance I looked in the kitchen unit under the sink which I found have water in. On investigation I found that when the tap was turned on, water leaked out of its base at quite a rate. I have dismantled the tap and found that inside it was wet all over and there was signs of corrosion around the electrical components connected to the temperature display. The internal tank is made from plastic and the metal pipe that is used to connect to the water supply ends just inside the base and its then plastic there on.

its good do waht it suppose todo
It sometimes takes a few minutes to warm up. However, if you open it fully, it will take longer to warm. But if you open it less or halfway, it will warm up in no time.

Know Your Mains Pressure!!
Waiting for hot water to arrive at the kitchen sink is unbelievably wasteful and so I had a look around to see if there was any alternatives to the very expensive Quooker electric tap. Having read all the reviews of the various electric taps there are available, I chose this one because it's constructed mainly of metal and looked more robust than the plastic ones. I ordered this in October and the expected delivery date was 22nd November, but it actually arrived within 3 days of me ordering. Fitting it to the kitchen sink is no more difficult than fitting any other style tap. Just make sure once you've wedged yourself into the cupboard you have everything to hand. You need decent mains pressure to get the best out of these types of taps and a lot of the reviews I read that moaned about a lack of hot water didn't fully understand how these taps work. The water passes over a heating element and the temperature is controlled by the speed of the flow. The slower the flow the higher the temperature. This is why you need good mains pressure, else you'll be waiting a long time to fill a bowl of water. I've managed to get 84 degrees out of it, which is ludicrously hot when hand temperature, for say washing up is roughly 60 to 65 degrees. If you're looking for an electric tap this one's a darn fine one.

Need to cut the cables to install, may void your product warranty .
This tap comes with a moulded plug, so you need to cut the cable to get the cables through the mounting hole. Which is fine but you won't be able to return it back as you have tinkered with the actual product even before using it. It works fine for now about few months of usage. The tap handle lever knob fell off in just a month time. Refer my images. There is no way to tighten them up unless you make few more marks on your tap which again affects the warranty ... I had to super glue the lever back which is a shame for a product paid higher cost than chinese cheaper taps. This is 3 times costlier than chinese models to note. So I am happy i have hot water at my kitchen always but for the price i have paid this product doesn't lives to my expectations..

Brilliant
Easy to install, you need to cut the plug off if plugged in under the sink (as the plug won't fit through the tap hole appiture in the sink) not an issue, I just put another back on, and then no cable can be seen, works great compared to others I've had, above all it looks great considering the low purchase price. Very happy.

Practical, well-made product
This tap is perfect for situations where only a cold-water feed is available. This tap enabled me to provide hot water to a sink in my garage. The bendy top is really practical and holds its position and the rest of the item appears robust well made and with a good finish. The metal body is definitely much better than the plastic ones I have seen. Well-made product that was also really easy to install.
