Works great with very short USB cable.
You need to have the very short USB cable that comes with it. A longer cable won’t work. Otherwise, it’s great.

Out of the box not working -- but will I expect
So far it doesn't work. People on Amazon wrote that it worked for them. Aligned pin 1 from DueProLogic to this JTAG Blaster. COMM ports show up in Win 10 Device Manager. The JTAG Blaster DLL was copied to the correct location. Will repeat instructions again. Is it my computer that is the problem? Permissions? I got the built-in USB on the DueProLogic board to finally work by converting .sof to .pof with the Quartus tool in the menu/file. Used device EPCS4.

Finicky.
The combination of the drivers for this programmer and the Quartus software are finicky. You will need FTDI drivers (and the ones on EPT's site are not signed, so get newer ones elsewhere). You will need to copy a DLL into Quartus. Windows will complain when you download it. Then make sure you have a powered Altera device attached to the JTAG connector. There's no indication or logs letting you know you got this 90% right - nothing lights up until you have everything lined up. Mediocre review for not having adequate instructions when things don't work out of the box. But the device *does* work, so if you're patient it's a reasonable deal.

Worked as expected.
I used it for programming IntelFPGA_lite kit. Worked flawlessly with Quartus 17.1 software.

Work perfect with Windows system but hard work with with Linux or Ubuntu.
Like fast delivery and good price.
