Good post workout supplement let down by the taste.
this is a decent mix of ingredients that make up a comprehensive recovery drink for after a hard workout and I have found I am recovering nice and quickly after my recent sessions (though i cannot attribute any credit for that directly to this product as i'm not a sports scientist who is qualified to make such statements but it seems to have at least helped out some amount).the product is quite gritty in texture compared to most powders i use normally which tend to be finer but when mixed in a blender I was able to get it to combine just fine.i find the product to be mostly fine but for me personally I just did not enjoy the flavour. drank quick enough it was only an issue for a couple of seconds at the end though. that's down to personal preference though i think and i'd still drink it so it's not awful, i just don't enjoy the taste.
