Used on my 2010 E350. I was surprised how well this item works. Connects seamlessly after plugging it in and the sound quality is very good for a low cost item. Just remember to turn the volume up on your phone.

Searched forever for a solution to be able to listen to my own music in my 2012 GLK. This works great. Clear audio and never any issues. Been using for months now. I wish I had found this years ago.

The device connected to my 2009 MB E350 fairly easy. The Command system must be in audio / AUX mode. In this mode you must increase the volume levels to hear your music but if you push the radio button without turning the volume down you will be in for a big surprise. I'm disappointed with this product.

i wanted to find a apple carplay retrofit to my command system on my mercedes benz but i figured that would be expensive and hard so i opted for this, works well and theres no lag, audio quality is actually pretty good and its cheap and easy to install i recommend this

So for about a year now I thought my aux on my 2011 CLS550 Mercedes Benz was broke because I tried a different aux but I saw this and thought I’d try it. It actually ended up working and has saved me hundreds of dollars trying to replace my whole radio. There was a downside though, it came broken the black connection part was not in correctly and I pushed it back in but turns out the metal was bent too. Had to read bend the metal correctly for it to work. But for the price and actually having my own music back it’s great!

My family recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes ML350 - it only had 28k miles on it and has been garaged only. We love it - it’s like a brand new car! The only problem is the Bluetooth connection. We could not get anything to work, either with calling or with music. This little gadget perfectly fits a weird outlet we found in the glovebox. It was super easy to connect to and now it is seamless getting in the car and answering phones or playing music/podcasts. I can even use Siri!I was looking at possibly buying a new stereo with Apply CarPlay that was going to be $$$$.
