Review: Beautiful pan, but sticks - So much to like here. Heavy, heats evenly, beautiful. But im having trouble getting things to stop sticking. Unless I use a heavy poor of oil, it sticks. I was hoping it would get better with time, but it's been over a month and no improvement. I'm still hoping it improves because I otherwise love this pan!

**Q: Why is this so much cheaper than the 6.33 inch Skillet?**
A: This is a Le Creuset limited time promotion on the 9 inch skillet.

**Q: where is it made?**
A: Made in France

**Q: How do i clean it after cooking say eggs or bacon. people say don’t wash with dish detergent like dawn?.  do you have to season.**
A: I soak it for a few minutes. The I use a non-stick scrubber to get off soil. You can use detergent and put it in dishwater.

**Q: Does this have anything to say it's authentic le creuset?**
A: The box it comes in and I believe the bottom is embossed

I LOVE this frying pan. It has allthe all the advantages of a non-stick pan (without chemicals) and is also cast iron. in the short time I've had it, Ive done recipes with beef,pork and fish and all came out great. I can sear something and then place into the oven with no worries. This pan will replace my wonderful 40 year old cast iron pan. Way better than the other tw2o non-stick pans I have. Easy to clean, too. One of the best things I've bought for cooking in a long time.
