Been using Nioxin 3 step pack for 8 months after I lost 2/3 of my hair due to ill health and medication interactions. Was hesitant to invest the money as some have said it doesnt work. I am still losing hair but it has drastically slowed down. After 6 months I could see new hair growth which is now 3" long and whispy. This seems to be working for me but I needed to be patient which is tough! I am also using MArine Collagen and Biotin so I can't say which product is making the most improvement or if it's a combo. The smell is minty. I feel very clean and refreshed after using it. I let bothe the shampoo and conditioner sit on my scalp and gently massage it in for 5 min. The consistency is of regular shampoo. I am also using the night rescue oil from Nioxin. Regular sized bottle lasts me 7 months with a 2x wk wash. The conditioner lasts about 5 months. Very thin long hair.

This product has been of great help to reduce the hair dandruff and helps the hair stay smooth. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a shampoo to address these issues

Definitely yields good results. I’ve been using Nioxin for just under a year (10 months) as my hair began to fall out in clumps; it started to look very stringy no matter what I did and nothing was helping it to regrow. I almost gave up on Nioxin a few months in as I didn’t think it was working but I’m so glad I persevered. My parting has almost completely regrown and no longer looks like a Christmas tree is forming (progress photos attached - most recent photo was taken earlier today). I’m still waiting for my lengths to thicken up but I have rather long hair so it will take a while yet for my new growth to catch up properly! The only negative is the step 3 scalp treatment foam leaves my hair feeling weighed down, sticky and stiff no matter how much or how little I use of it. The application instructions for the scalp treatment say not to rinse it off after applying but this actually accentuates the sparseness of my lengths as it causes my hair to stick together at the roots and become stiff. I have taken to applying the step 3 scalp treatment at night just before bed and then washing my hair with step 1 shampoo and step 2 conditioner in the morning so I am still using all three steps at some stage but my hair looks clean and has movement during the daytime. Overall, I’m really pleased with Nioxin and will continue to purchase this product for the foreseeable future.

Wasn’t sure if it was going to be a knockoff as the price was so reasonable. It isn’t, I will be buying more of the range
