Love these so far.... taking them to help lower blood sugar as I just asked to be taken off a terrible diabetic drug (actos) that was causing awful side effects - and being down a med made me nervous about my #'s but i heard of these supplements so thought what the heck started taking them and i actually have lower fasting numbers than i had when ON that diabetic med.... and had one of my lowest #'s ever (90 - i have been diabetic over 20 years so having lows now is hard but not with this!) even my husband who has been having high fastings took one and he had a lower than usual one too the next morning.... I will take it over expensive diabetic meds!

Just what the doctor ordered without a funky or unpleasant after-taste. I'm pleased

I just use it 2 times so far.The first time I used it it cause tremendous pelvic cramping which probably because due to high dosage.After a few days the cramping is gone. Then I wait for 1 more week. I decided to decrease the dosage to 1/10 of it by opening the capsule and eat just the small amount of the banana powder. Again it cause a very mild pelvic cramping.Unfortunately, this is the side affect of it.I do not see any change in my blood sugar when I took it. So I decided to stop taking it.

This has proven to be a great product. I've been taking banaba leaf extract for about 2 months now and my glucose levels have never been better. I keep track of my daily intake and started doing exercise at least 3 days a week. When I was sick and unable to exercise but continued taking the banaba leaf extract it helped keep my levels in check. Hope this helps.
