Poor substitute for actual rye bread.
Very dry. Fell apart while handling. Did not taste like rye.

Soft bread! Warm up even better! Season it!
The best soft bread I ever tasted, and you can add butter, parsley, garlic or whatever you heart desire according to your taste. I would keep it simple! The smell meh. The fiber pretty good, Toasty I never toasted but warmed it up in microwave. If roasted I can only imagine it might be super fire Density I dont know! I need to test out this product more. Its good though! It depends on the person I guess! Overall great product!

Good bread
When I first tasted this bread, YUK, I put it the freezer, saved it and tried again later, then decided to toast it I put ghee butter and garlic salt, and the bread stayed together, it did not fall apart and tasted at least 50% better, now I make healthy sandwiches by toasting it first, with mayo and spices, iam sticking with it,because iam tired of the bread industry poisoning me,with their crap products. Now I found out olive oil isn't olive oil,it's all fake. Now I cook with ghee butter.

Time to make an organic version. What good is to make "healthy" bread if it is not organic????
These days and age it is hard to figure out who is the niche for this bread. What kind of person would be health concern enough to buy healthy bread but would go for non organic? Unless you are entirely oblivious to benefits of organic ingredients and are fine with those issues that come with NON organic ingredients then by all means you will like it as is. However most people I know will hard pass this option. They really need to rethink their offering for US market that is at this point looking for healthy options that are organic, often times also look for gluten free and definitely does not come with predestined funky additives however smart sounding elements they may be , I am talking to you iodized salt that you are happily residing in their other three grain organic bread. Yeah, no.. rethink this. If I were you Mestemacher I would offer all breads strictly organic. As to the ingredients options you are half way there offering Wheat free ones, but you need to introduce to US market bread that has just oats to be entirely gluten free as well, also keep it simple. People do not like funky ingredients and too many of them either. So if it is rye, keep it rye, if it is Oat, then be it oat. If it is three grains, then three grain it is...

if you have tried and like it before you might like it . Not for me
It is solid grains with coarse texture or taste. I lived in Germany and never saw bread like this. I could not eat it.
