Cold Headache
Wonderful migraine mask! Keeps cold longer than I thought

It provides temporary relief. Feels good!
Even though it does not take away the entire headache it sure makes it feel better for 15 minutes. Just taking the time to put it on and sit and relax is almost enjoyable. I put it back in the freezer and wait another hour and it's ready to go again. I don't cover my eyes with it but I would suggest doing tihat if you have a headache behind your eyes.. It has a comfortable fit, depending on the size of your head. I prefer it to have a snug fit but then I always like to put pressure on the trigger spots. If putting this in the freezer makes it too cold just keep it in the fridge.

Works well
This works well for my daughter but she cooks it off in the frig instead of the freezer. The freezer made it too cold The weight is not too heavy even when cold

Love mine. Order it to help with migraines and keep me cool during the night and it does just that. Very comfy and stays cool for a while

Migraine cool cap
Great for migraines. Applies a bit of pressure (which I like to counter act the migraine pressure). It stays cold for about 30-40 min (after waiting about 10min to use due to being very cold, I find 1st 10 min are too cold to use for more than 30-40 seconds). I wish it stayed cold longer *BUT* it does recommend using for 20 min, then take a break. (I'm not much for following that suggestion.) They come in several colors. It's one size fits most. It feels like it's neoprene, so shapes well to head. Top is open (I was surprised by that, but it's ok bcuz it's not where my migraine pain usually is.). Covers the eyes & sinuses plus base of skull (all places I need cold). I did buy 2 knowing I tend to need ice packs for hours w/ cluster migraines. 2 caps let me swap 1 to use as 1 is in the freezer. (I can suppliment w/ ice packs as needed.) I'd give this 4.5 stars. (Minus 1/2 star just because I want it to stay cold longer).
