A life saver!
Some of these reviews on here are crazy! Ice melts, ice packs get warm but somehow the expectectations of this product is to constantly stay cold constantly?!?! Craziness!! I have no air conditioning so this has helped me stay cool. When it gets warm i roll which by then im ready to do so anyways. When i roll back onto it even a few short minutes later, its cool again. This pad has saved me!

DONT BUY!!!! CAUSES EXCESS SWEATING AND BODY HEAT! USELESS! WASTE OF MONEY!!! I had to give ito ne star to sibmit tjos nut I hovevit ZERO STARS!

Good, but not for big, all night hot flashes.
Works okay for the two hours or so, but absorbs the heat and radiates it back at you. You'll have to peel it off the bed in the middle of the night if you've got significant hot flashes. Not an all-night solution.

Well worth the money
Recommending these to friends and family. Well worth the investment. This is a huge gel cooling pack, I keep it in the fridge until needed, it will reach room temperature eventually. Perfect for a rapid cool down after outside activities. Material is soft but durable feeling.

It cools for a fair amount of time, but at some point it can't absorb any more heat.Wish it would last long enough that I would fall asleep.

Life saver for hot flashes
I keep this near me and cover my torso when I have a hot flash. Quick cooling!

Used once and then returned
When you first lay on it it wicks away heat like crazy and was very promising, but by about 4-5 hours in it switch from cool mode to hot mode from absorbing all the body heat making it like I was laying on an electric blanket
