It stopped recharging in 3 months. Any way to have it repaired?

I recently purchased the Vibit foot massager, hoping for a relaxing experience after long days on my feet. Unfortunately, the battery quality has been a major letdown. Despite following the charging instructions carefully, the battery barely lasts through a single session. I find myself constantly recharging it, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. For the price, I expected a more reliable product. I wouldn’t recommend this foot massager to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

Everything was just what I ordered

I purchased this item for several of my age-related decrepit issues. I have hand joint injuries that have turned chronic, plantar fasciitis, back, shoulder, etc issues. None of these have cure...but this item does make them feel better so that i can move one with some relief.Initially, there were battery (I think) issues. After on a few uses, and upon recharging, the unit ceased to function entirely.So...here's the THING. This company, learning of my problems, Never ceased to support their product, and me. The unit that I am now Successfully using, is the 4th Unit. After the first failure, I simply returned it through Amazon (very easy). When the 2nd & 3rd units failed in exactly the same way, which I explained in the section for indicating the reason for my return, the company folks become very involved.I really liked this design, but of course, it had to be functional.Long story short...my 4th Unit which they urged me to try...Is working perfectly.Of course, these returns where not financially inconsequential to the Company Folks...but They believed in their product...and Very Importantly to Me...They "made everything Right" by me, as they urged me not to give up.I see this follow-through and customer support as a Rare and Quite Invaluable thing these days...THIS is what so impressed me.I gave a hybrid review....I don't know if the original glitches that caused the original unit failures have been systemically resolved (perhaps....I just got lucky with the 4th unit)...I DO know that these folks Stood Behind their product & their company.The product reliability (which maybe OK now, as I mention above) is the only reason why this isn't a 5 Star.I DO put a LOT of value in Customer Support.
