Old Gray Chocolate - Buyer beware
I ordered two of these. The chocolates arrived in seemingly normal packaging. When opened the chocolates are a grayish brown color as if they were very old. The expiration date was 1/20/2028, so they aren't out-dated. Just old and stale. We have purchased these several times through Costco and they were delicious - dark brown. The quality of these is extremely poor. They are non-returnable because they are food, but at least amazon refunded my purchase.

Just a lingering tad of Bitterness
No real complaint, and I generally like Belgian Chocolate best, but this one was just a hair too bitter for my concept of Perfection (that is, barely detectably bitter, but so), which is closer to Rah Dubai Dark Chocolate (Amazing!), so sweet and rich that Amazon can't keep it from melting!

Bouchard's Belgian Dark Chocolate, YES!
Perfection. Rich dark chocolate. Good ingredients. Melts quickly in microwave. Melts nicely in hot coffee or milk. Great in baking . Will melt between pancakes that are out of the pan right onto the hot plate. Hot fudge sundae, oh my. Upgrade desserts.It is a Dark Chocolate that makes you hum. To me Dark Chocolate is an important vitamin.
