In this nangrow all sort of vitamins which are essential for growing children's were included. You can mix this powder even with water also. It tastes same as like mixed with milk. More over sometimes my child and sister children's were eating this powder as milk powder. My child food intake was not disturbed due to this powder. Digestion system was also not disturbed ,Food intake was enhanced and iam so happy for that. As a parent we used to think a lot about various nutriuos drinks.this one seems the best one
