I’m on a GLP1 and I was worried about hair loss. My hair is long and very fine. I started using Routine Wellness (Lilac and Winter Rose) March 3rd, and two months later I’m seeing minimal hair loss, my hair feels wonderful, it feels thicker, it’s still clean the second day, and the split ends and dry ends are gone. My hair has never been this healthy in my life. $49 sounds like a lot for shampoo and conditioner, especially as small as the bottles are. But I’ve only used about 1/3 of the bottles in two months. This stuff lasts a long time. With as long as my hair is, I’m definitely impressed. If you’re concerned with hair loss, use Routine Wellness. (I also take pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto, and biotin. With this and Routine Wellness, I’m confident that I won’t lose any hair. Try it- You won’t regret it.

Okay this one definitely deserves a great review!! SO I take zepbound injection every week and been worried about loosing a lot of hair. I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set for several weeks now, and it honestly surprised me more than I expected. I originally bought it because my hair had been feeling thinner around the front and crown area from stress, heat styling, and postpartum shedding. My hair also tangles easily and gets oily at the roots while staying dry on the ends, so finding products that balance everything without making my hair worse has always been difficult. The first thing I noticed was the scent. The Rose Hips fragrance smells clean, fresh, and lightly floral without being overpowering. It gives that “just left the salon” smell but still feels soft and natural. The scent stays in my hair for most of the day, and I’ve actually gotten compliments on how good my hair smells after using it. The shampoo itself lathers really nicely for being sulfate-free. A lot of sulfate-free shampoos either don’t foam enough or leave my hair feeling greasy afterward, but this one made my scalp feel genuinely clean without stripping all the moisture out of my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t have that dry, squeaky feeling that some anti-thinning shampoos leave behind. My scalp also felt refreshed, and I noticed less itchiness and buildup after about a week of use. The conditioner was probably my favorite part of the set. It’s rich and creamy, but a little goes a long way. I focused it mostly on my mids and ends, and it instantly made my hair easier to detangle. Before using this set, I would lose a noticeable amount of hair every time I brushed or washed it. After a few weeks, I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and less breakage while brushing. That alone made me keep using it consistently. What really stood out to me was how much healthier my hair looked overall. My hair started feeling softer, shinier, and fuller at the roots. Usually my hair falls flat the day after washing, but with this set it kept more volume and bounce without needing a bunch of styling products. Even my ponytail felt a little thicker over time. It didn’t magically regrow hair overnight, but it definitely improved the appearance and strength of my hair, which made a huge difference in my confidence. I also appreciate that the formula includes ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide, argan oil, and black seed oil. My hair tends to react badly to harsh products, but this felt gentle enough for regular use while still making my hair feel nourished. It also worked well on my color-treated hair and didn’t fade my color faster like some shampoos do. One thing I will say is that if you have very fine or oily hair, using too much conditioner can weigh your hair down a little. I learned pretty quickly that I only needed a small amount. Also, results definitely take consistency. I didn’t notice major changes after one wash, but around the 3–4 week mark I could really tell my hair looked healthier and shedding had improved. Overall, I genuinely feel like this shampoo and conditioner helped bring my hair back to life. My hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to manage, and it gives me that fuller, healthier look I was hoping for. Out of all the anti-thinning products I’ve tried, this is one of the few that actually made my hair feel cared for instead of dry and damaged.

I’m pleased with the feel of my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. It feels so soft and not dried out at all. The fragrance is light and lovely. I’m giving four stars only as I haven’t used the shampoo and conditioner long enough to know whether it will help my thinning hair.

I have been using this for three weeks and I think it is helping with hair shedding. I do use cool water to wash and rinse as it recommends. I have noticed that my hair is a little dryer, so I have been using a second conditioner and leave an oil on the ends. This scent is lite and although it is probably not the scent that I would pick out, it is not a lingering scent and leaves my hair smelling good. Most importantly, I seems to be helping with hair loss so it is living up to its purpose and worth it’s price.

I originally was disappointed when I received the quilt because I thought it would be a textured knit as it looked that way in the photos. It is a thin lightweight cotton quilt that after washing is the softest cotton and perfect for hot weather. I am giving it five stars anyway because for a lightweight cotton quilt it is perfect. The blue gray is lovely. I have a queen bed with a thick mattress and a tall frame. I ordered the king size and it drapes nearly to the floor. It really is a nice summer quilt

This shampoo/conditioner changed my hair game. My hair is very fine, mats easily, and used to require a fair amount of shiner/product. This photo- I washed it yesterday and just blow dried it. It’s not styled at all. There is absolutely NO extra product in it right now. Not even shiner. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever. It’s crazy I don’t even have to put product in it before drying it. It’s so soft always. Also the shampoo I think it is-doesn’t smell the best. One of them smells really chemically but the other one smells good. I think shampoo is chemically and conditioner good but I can’t remember. It doesn’t really bother me since it does wonders on my hair. My hair will have pretty significant matting and I’ll put this conditioner in and the mats will just fall out just with finger combing. It’s a miracle! I love this stuff so much.

I got this as it was touted to be the best for thinning hair. It was more than I would typically spend, but figured I'd take a chance. Lather is rich and the conditioner works to detangle hair. The serum is thick and does a great job at moisturizing dry brittle hair ends, but I did not notice any spectacular result of less shedding or thickening or promoting new growth at my scalp. Of note: the serum smells strongly like marijuana when hair gets wet. It goes away mostly after my hair is dry, but the scent will return if wet from raindrops or any other moisture in the air (even fog). For the price, I don't think I would repurchase.

Great shampoo but I was hoping for a more noticeable scent. The scent is light cinnamon but disappears immediately. Expensive shampoo.

I have only used this product twice thus far. My hair is already more shiny and soft and less fragile and frizzy. The light scent is also quite nice. I will be adding this product to my regular routine.

Really lovely shampoo and conditioner, I bought the rose hip one which smells amazing. I read previous reviews that hair was quite tangled and very hard to brush I haven’t found that at all, in fact my hair was easier to brush and style. It’s to early to tell if it will help with hairfall but my hair definitely feels softer and shiny .

Just received shampoo and conditioner and the bottles are very small for the price! I guess that’s on me, I should have checked and compared. I expected large bottles that last for a few months like the ones you get at the salons. The cost for the size is so high! It better be the most amazing shampoo and conditioner ever.

I was skeptical, having used expensive salon brands for years, but this duo has significantly improved the moisture level of my hair, while keeping it balanced. My hair is softer, less frizzy and my curls are coming back. I have about 30% grey wavy and fine stands.
